I love Andre’s question, I feel I would ask the same question in an interview. Love that his in the light and the sort of individuals he interviews.

I’m not usually into personal growth pods hosted by men, but Andre is a fantastic interviewer and he hosts compelling guests. His curiosity and thoughtfulness allows his guests to really riff on their expertise, and his questions are like keys that unlock doors to the rooms we *really want opened. Andre’s graciousness and humility are a breath of fresh air within this genre and medium. 1000% better than Audrey Marcus’s.

I have been listening to your show since about April of 2023, I found you about a month after my awakening experience and I am so glad my soul lead me here. This last podcast with Gregg has brought a years worth of seeking and growing and synchronicities all into understanding ❤️ I couldn’t wait for Part 2 so much so that I listened to Part 1 twice! Brain to heart coherence and Breath-work have been REPEATEDLY shown to me throughout this year and I love the way these deep conversations bring it all together. I love the diversity of all of the guests on this show. Andre really brings you to a place of non-judgment and allows you to make the observation yourself without pushing his own perspective on others. Sometimes I feel he is my long lost brother 😆 Keep up the amazing work you are doing to help so many lives. I am eternally grateful for you and some day my children with be grateful for what you have helped their mother find and hold onto ❤️

There’s been 6 male guests in a row. Please seek out more women or non-binary speakers! I’d love to see them featured at least every 3 or 4 episodes. I’ve listened to all the episodes featuring women but I ran out quickly. :)

I like the show and his thoughtfulness, but there seems to be a group of podcasters, including him and Aubrey Marcus, who interview the same people around the same time, and have them repeatedly come back. If they are informative great, but it would be nice to see different names, and females.

André has excellent content and this podcast is thought-provoking each week. It’s the highlight of my mornings when there’s a new episode. Keep it up!

Know thyself is the best podcast out and is taking over. During these crazy times, the best thing we can do is know and heal ourselves in order to heal and better the world. It starts with us. Andre is insightful and asks thought provoking questions that show he’s done his research. He pours his heart into it and you can feel it. Every guest is spectacular and has so much to offer. Andre's questions, voice, and compassion are wonderful. He has quite a range of guests, and while some resonate for me and some not as muc, I consistently enjoying listening and having my mind/perspectives expanded. There is a deep and peaceful vibe to this podcast - and a degree of compassion that's rare these days.

I love Andre’s interview style and the questions he asks, as well as how he so fluidly incorporates his own experiences and feelings into the conversations while still centering his guest. Great variety of guests and just all around a great listen 💜

I enjoy the intellectual insight of your podcast. I found Sams perspective interesting, specifically the part about nothing being permanent (however, I pray we don’t go missing 😊). When your in the “dopamine” stage of life people who meditate, read, listen to music may seem boring. After listening to this I thank God that the trajectory of life pulled me out of it in my late 20’s. We’re all human and at times digress. For me learning the difference between creating drama and doing something exciting has been a game changer. Hopefully I’ll be ready to cliff dive’s again when my leg heals.
