    Perception is Everything
The content of these pod cast is next level. Truly! Finally I found it, found a different perception on how to look at my addiction. Each show gets listened to about three or four times there’s always something new I learn from listening to the show again.

    The roller coaster ride
I’ve been living the flight or fight mode most of my life. Their podcast has actually been very very eye opening. Never looked at my trauma or how to regulate my emotions. God bless this man with his knowledge. He nailed everything I’ve been doing and using alcohol for.

sick and tired of feeling sick and tired
First time listening and I am ready to start a new journey. This podcast is such an easy listen and the information, explanations, and insights are stop on. Feeling hopeful and extremely grateful. I can’t wait to meet my better sober self!

Thank you for being so real…
First day and I’m hooked! Been listening all day…although I don’t think I’m ready to quit completely (although I’ve cut back to a few drinks at a time). I appreciate the encouraging words and stories. My process needs to be slow, which is where I’m at, and the reason a 12-step doesn’t appeal to me. I’ll continue my journey and this podcast will definitely be a part of my process. - Victoria

    Life changing direction
I am a flight attendant for Delta and I had a dependency on Alcohol. It was something that took over my life my social circle and my finances. I was on my way to work one day and found Bardia on my podcast searches. I had quit several times before but knew that it was only a temporary solution as each time I would say one won’t hurt me and fast forward the cycle started again. With the help of Bardia and this community I have found the courage to know alcohol doesn’t control me….I control me. I encourage anyone who struggles to at least make the call and see how this community can help you take control of your life and be in control. Best decision of my life. Not just with putting the bottle down but helping me become the best version of me I can be. Ty Bardia

    March 11 Episode
I listened to this episode over the span of two days. I would stop and rewind and go back to the spots that seemed that I needed to really allow it a space to set in. I re-listened to it several times. I am in the early stages of sobriety in my life and I am navigating through the pain and the hurt that I have been holding within for 30+ years. This episode was very helpful in giving me the tools and suggestions that I will need to continue moving in a positive direction. Basically what is shared are the tools to regain your life.

1 year sober thanks to Stop Drinking Coach
🙌🏼 1 week ago I hit my 1 year sober anniversary. All thanks for Bardia at Stop Drinking Coach for helping me get there. I tried so many methods to get sober from alcohol and vape but none of them worked till I started working with Bardia. 🔥His podcast is packed full of value and inspiration to help you learn more about toxic alcohol and what it’s doing to your body. 🎧Listen in and watch your life change. 🤍 it surely changed mine. 💪🏼And if you are committed to your success and need accountability - definitely work 1:1 with him. It was a game changer for me.

    Great podcast
My husband and I started together in this no drinking journey and are in our third week. We are not following a program but listen to one episode of your podcast a day to keep our mind on the right track. Love your podcast and the information and support you bring to it. We are feeling great and your podcast has really been a great help and kickstart.

    Truly Life Changing
I have been living alcohol free for 1 1/2 years thanks to Bardia’s program, and it’s so much more than just not drinking alcohol. Life has truly become vibrant again. Not only does Bardia give the tools for success in the early days of sobriety, he also helps you figure out a map for becoming the best, healed version of you. I am a licensed mental health professional, and I still come back to his podcast for educational, inspirational, and motivational content. I’m not sure where I would be had I not made the decision to invest in my healing with Bardia’s program, but I’m glad I don’t have to worry about it because the future is bright!! I will forever be grateful for The Stop Drinking Coach!

The RIGHT approach to stop drinking and becoming a better person!
Bardia’s approach is not just about stopping drinking, but is also about tapping into the positive aspects of our lives and cutting out the negative. I promise you that he will strike a nerve in some way, shape, or form, and when you absorb and put into place the exercises that lead to honesty within yourself, they sky’s the limit. Thank you Bardia!!!

    Love it
Hard truths are very often the real truths. This podcast checks that box, and has changed my perspective on drinking.

    HELPS ME SO MUCH
So motivating! I’m 8 days off the sauce since listening to him. His words are super impactful. When I get a craving I remember his words “wait it out. It only lasts temporarily”. It’s not worth it! I focus on my relationships, my bank account and my long term goals. Thank you coach. Love your podcast!

    Best sobriety podcast ever 😀
Just finding such relief that I don’t have to drink anymore after listening to these podcasts. Alcohol is debt!!!! That is my favorite can’t wait to hear new ones when they come out. I’ve wasted so much time and money to alcohol I’m slowly paying back this debt. I don’t ever want to give any time or money to alcohol ever again. Life is so precious and we don’t live forever. Alcohol gives me nothing but pain, suffering, anxiety, helplessness, shame, guilt and I’ve lost myself and my family because of this poison.

    Bardia gets it!
Bardia really understands the psychology and the physical interaction in alcohol addiction. He is informative, compassionate, and tough in helping one understand their relationship with alcohol. He’s been there done that so he is empathetic. I can’t wait until the next podcast comes out. He’s definitely helping me come to terms with alcohol and to make significant changes in my habit.

    Absolute Game Changer
This dude Bardia had his epiphany moment while swimming and throwing out his shoulder…I had my epiphany sitting on the toilet and completely out of nowhere feeling the most pain in my life having my calf muscle completely cramp with involuntary spasms for what felt like an eternity. That moment, laying on the bathroom floor completely pathetic was when I decided enough was enough. The next day I searched on here for a “stop drinking” podcast and Bardia’s pod came up. I listened to the first episode and throughout that week had binge listened the first 15 episodes. That was a little over 6 months ago. Definitely feels like this dude is speaking directly to me and I have a lot to thank him for especially for those first couple weeks. Everything he said has come true, it’s quite remarkable. Thank you for all your work Bardia, and I wish you continued success on this journey of life.

    Everyone should listen!
My best friend and I geek out over Bardia’s podcast. She’s the furthest thing from someone with a problematic relationship with alcohol, and has never been a big drinker. But she believes that everyone should listen to this podcast! Very few people understand how to regulate their emotions and turn to things outside of themselves so self-sooth, whether with alcohol or anything else. Bardia’s explanation of “the human operating system” (patent pending) and basic human behavior is next level! And if you have been struggling with alcohol, he will explain things in a way that will completely change your perspective, which could very well change your life!

    Best Motivational Podcast
I find myself listening to his podcasts almost on a daily basis as a motivational reminder to stay sober. I’m only in month 9 of my journey but Bardia’s motivational and powerful words strike a chord with me and gives me confidence in my journey to sobriety. I, like many others, found myself drinking every weekend or more for 25 years, in what you could call a weekend warrior. Every January I’d go dry only to pick back up in March again. Id have shame and remorse after the hangovers hit and the older I got the longer it took to feel “100%” again. I never hit rock bottom, but i did just have a moment in time where the light came on and said “that’s enough”. I was progressively drinking more as the years went on. A bottle of wine was starting to not be enough. With a young family and a whole life ahead of me I decided to finally quit before it got worse. I’m glad I found Bardia’s podcast because he speaks to the masses and we are all in this journey together. I highly recommend subscribing and following his journey to helping others find value in life.

    I quit at 30
I am totally inspired and connected to the podcast. I decided I wanted to quit drinking as a birthday gift to myself. I want more for myself, especially on a spiritual level. I always did it’s just now willing to fight what’s holding me back. I felt like I needed alcohol to FEEL good and have fun, but it was a lie I believed for 11 years. It is so good to hear other people’s stories and their experiences on how they overcome addiction. Great podcast!

    Wow. I’m blown away.
This is the BEST podcast on quitting drinking I’ve come across. If you want to stop drinking, listen to Bardia. The way he speaks feels like he’s speaking directly to me. It’s such a breath of fresh air. I’ve learned so much about alcohol, the neuroscience behind it and how to really think about this process. I always feel so motivated and inspired after I listen to him. The way he teaches you how to think about alcohol and this journey is unlike anyone else I’ve ever heard. There’s light at the end of the tunnel! I’m so grateful I found this podcast!!!

    I’m always skeptical by nature…
…but this guy is the real deal. I’ve never written a review for anything or anyone but he changed my way of thinking and I am internally grateful. Can not recommend him strongly enough!

    Groundbreaking Approach to Recovery
What Bardia has his finger on has the potential to completely change the trajectory of recovery. If you are considering removing drinking from your life, have tried multiple times (recovery, AA) and/or have struggled to make sobriety stick - or if you are a loved one of someone struggling - check out his podcast and consider (or share details on) his program. Sobriety + life coaching, and leveraging the latest on addiction, self discovery/realization and growth, is the key to stopping the devastation addiction has on individuals and their families. Bardia is unlocking a bright future.

    Excellent Podcast
I love listening to this podcast. There have been several “truth bombs” in every episode that resonate with me and motivate me to make a change in my drinking habits. There is something about the presenter’s tone and delivery, as well as content, that hits home with me. It’s almost like hearing advice from a trusted, non- judgmental friend, who isn’t afraid to tell you like it is. I stumbled across this podcast in preparation for my yearly attempt at ‘dry January’ and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This podcast me realize life is actually fun
This podcast made me realize that I’d been missing out on the point of spending time with people. Now, after listening, I realize that I’d been using my friends as an excuse not to drink alone instead of really enjoying their company. Alcohol has become central to any gathering. Going forward I realize now that I’d like to focus on the people I love rather than my love of drink.

Incredible podcast for anyone struggling with addiction
This podcast has been a godsent for me. Addiction is such a taboo subject and Bardia does a great job making it an accessible topic to discuss. Thanks so much
  • gensos!!
    Extremely Informative
After having (virtually) met Bardia and having him as a guest on my podcast, without a doubt I would say he is one of the most informative, well-spoken, down to earth and passionate individual I have met. Bardia cares about his own health and every person he meets-which is a reason why he does the work that he does. He has taken his own challenges starting from early childhood up until now and decided to change the path for himself. In our discussion, he really broke down the human brain and body, making me realize how important it is to understand yourself and put yourself first. Cannot wait to listen to more of his episodes!

Highly recommend, Pure & Knowledgeable Human
Very rarely do you find a human being that’s honest with himself, by being that he can be honest with you! He’s been coaching me for the last three months and I’ve been sober and never looked back. Found him on Tik Tok, then continued to follow him on Instagram and now on the podcast.
  • Jmusset
    Highly recommend!
I personally appreciate and admire people who educate themselves and take the time to make content that awakens better mindsets, Bardia is definitely one of them. We live in an overstimulated world in which many of us were codified to accept what society imposes as correct, if you are in search of that organic connection with your spirit and appreciate life from another perspective and with improved concepts this guy and his content can be of great help.
  • SarronSarron
    Such an important message!
Great podcast!! Drinking has become so normalized and even glamorized at times. I am grateful that more people (like Bardia) are speaking out about it’s negative effects (even in small amounts) in a non-judgemental way. Very insightful 👌🏻
  • J
    Incredibly insightful!
Bardia breaks down the conditioning of society and human nature that leads to alcohol abuse and our need to use it for every occasion. He delivers information in such a way that it registers and is also fascinating. These lessons apply to so much more than just drinking. I can’t wait for the next episode.
