    I’ll Have Another Round
The one guy, Matthew, Matthew Barry? Did I pronounce that right? Anyways. Lost my train of thought. Insightful group. Must be a helluva research team. Cheers!

    Lord Don’t Lose the 🐐
Berry solid but the whole crew is what carried this show. All together they have great chemistry. I religiously listen to Wednesday’s and Sunday morning’s live show to see my dawg Lawrence Lord Don’t Lose Jackson!

Listen if you wanna win. Simple
Berry is the GOAT, and the others are great at what they do. Best fantasy podcast/show hands down. (Won 2 chips cause of them)

    Affectation
I get that NBC wants someone the polar opposite of Berry, but Jesus Christ. Lawrence Jackson: “Ya, ya playa, nah what I mean? Ya dog. I’m finna blah blah blah”. We get it, you’re trying to have street cred on one of the whitest fantasy pods out there, but good lord. Take it down about 5 notches playa, ya know what I mean? It’s embarrassing. Nobody actually speaks like that, it’s an affectation that makes some of the pod episodes insufferable.

    Get to the point
Too much gibberish about nothing, often the first 10 minutes is useless and annoying

    Berry is a narcissist
Other two guys are great, but Berry is all bout himself. Listen closely — everything is about how his picks did, his career success (which is largely borne from fact he was in industry so early), how unlucky he is, etc etc. It’s right there under the surface.

    Grammar
Fewer touchdowns. Less power. Fewer fans. Less depth. Fewer wins. Less cheering. Fewer fouls. Less interference. Fewer passes. Less explosiveness. Fewer wins. Less hope. Fewer games. Less playing time. Fewer injuries. Less yardage. Get it, Matthew? Fewer = for plurals Less = for singular

Pinch your nose and listen to the analysis
From time to time you can audibly hear the disdain all the other guys have for Berry coming through your speakers. I can only imagine what they say about him when he’s not around. I mean. I get it. He was there first. And as a result, gets grandfathered in to the era of pervasive fantasy analysis. But good garsh he is just awful. Not funny, interesting or entertaining in any way. Rarely gets through a sentence without fumbling multiple words. But he got in early, so we’re stuck with him. “Why do you even listen?” You say. The analysis. I’m here for the fantasy analysis. As much as MB annoys me, he does the work. Also. The other guys are great. They shouldn’t be penalized for taking a job. I’m sure they all view it as a stepping stone to a better, Berry-free future. The Berry / everyone else dynamic reminds me of how it must be in the Detroit Tigers clubhouse with all those young guys and Javier Baez. Or Cleveland with Desean Watson. Just coasting off the old days when he was the only game in town. I mean, seriously. He’s so awful. So yeah, roll your eyes and cringe at all of the sludge that drips from his mouth and wade through it to the information. And fantasize about the day when the fantasy analysis world moves beyond him. It is coming.

    No more!
I had been a faithful listener for fantasy advice. However, I am offended by the use of A—hole league repeated throughout the episodes. I no longer can listen.

Good show minus the bar theme garbage
Stop saying these phrases…. “ and again” or “ good chance he falls in the endzone”, or “1000 percent”. Every time you say those three expressions I die a little bit inside. STOP saying that!!!! For the love of god

    Denny
Year three I guess listening to this pod now I think. Denny Carters spot on Friday is probably the best segment of the week for sure. Just had to throw that on top of the review I wrote a couple years ago ————One of the few fantasy talking heads that can give great fantasy advice along with funny , interesting commentary along with it. Love that he can already bust his co-hosts balls this early on In the podcasts early beginnings. Already a must listen if you enjoy fantasy football podcasts and you want a little entertainment thrown in there as well. 5 stars for sure!

    Matthew Berry is the BEST!
Berry is the best analyst in the business. I followed him from ESPN to Peacock. I probably wouldn’t have watched the FF Happy Hour without him. Now, it’s my go-to show!
  • This studly guy
    13+ minutes
On 10/1/24, a waiver day show, it took them 13 minutes 45 seconds into the show to mention fantasy advice.. they talked about their own league and a non funny lie about matt/matthew berry.. it’s becoming clearer and clearer as each week passes why espn let him go.. there’s too many fantasy podcasts to listen to than this ego maniac.. to repeat what everyone things, no one cares about your league

A lot of foot in mouth moments
I always liked Matthew from the 06010 days and decided to give this show a chance this year. On Friday 9/28/24 he went on a justified rant about how other podcasts often make analysis without any information to back up their claims, this example being “Sam Darnold is running hot right now”. Jay Croucher followed up that statement by saying he thinks they get it right most of the time through analysis… in a year where more than half of the top 10 consensus picks have not met ADP and the #1 player is expected miss most of the season. And earlier in this same week Jay also said that Jordan Love “was terrible” in week 1, without mentioning the numbers of 17/34 260 yards, 2TDs, 1 interception. Hardly a terrible performance. So I take issue with calling out other shows when they’re guilty of the same thing.

Fan of Berry, the audio needs improvement
Ive been a fan of Berry since around 2013 during his ESPN days. I like the hosts and the fantasy coverage but something is so off about the audio that makes the podcast tough to listen to.
  • Kyler Instinct
    Pretty good
    Jay Croucher saved my marriage
  • HughJayniss
    Just not good
His schtick is tiresome. Dudes a hack at this point and has an undeserved and inflated sense of worth. Bruh - it’s fantasy sports and a lot of people do it a lot better. Being an me of the firsts at something doesn’t mean you’re still good at it years later.

    Berry we want football content
Mathew Berry TALKS TO MUCH. We aren’t listening for your comedic chops. WE WANT FANTASY INFO. Good grief
  • CDMIV
    Smells “like” GOAT
The absolute GOAT when it comes to fantasy football. I listen to several fantasy shows but I always learn something new from MB. It’s usually from a proactive viewpoint rather than reactive. I also love his sense of humor and how he has fun with his crew. If there is one wish it is for MB to stop saying “like” every other word. It’s “like” he’s a 12 year girl. Still this pod is “like” the best “like” FF resource “like” available.
  • Kw0105
Tried two shows and they continuously talk over each other
Good info when you can hear but it’s impossible to follow with every one talking over each other
  • Scorz Solo
    Better than the Olympics
Who cares about track and field, and swimming, and the rest? I’m just glad that my favorite fantasy football podcast is back and back in their studio. Give me the fake football! I come for the analysis, but I stay for the nonsense.
  • Robinhood robs the hood
    JJett or ARSB
Hey team, if your at or near the #5 pick, are you taking Jefferson or ARSB? 1 PPR. Im torn because you famously “don’t win your draft in the first round but you can lose it”. So ARSB feels like the pick but, you play for first, and Jefferson has proven a higher ceiling but now has a worse qb. Thanks keep it up!
  • ph24
    Sorry Lawrence
Show is good when they talk ball…but when Lawrence Jackson comes on I just hit delete. He just repeats what everybody is saying, and no original thoughts at all. Sure he’s a nice guy but, sorry can’t listen to him talk.
  • Djdbvg
12 mins in before football talk
No joke this episode just went 12 minutes in before they even began to talk about football whatsoever. Matthew Berry is the only reason to listen, and not because of his awful jokes, but because he’s actually a legitimate fantasy player. His support is just to fill a spot. They do it for obvious reasons I’m not going to say…but they know why, and you know why. It’s pretty ridiculous. Very hard to listen to. Would not recommend if you want legitimate fantasy football advice. This show is clearly made for clicks, likes, reviews etc. Truly bad.

    Berry is the man, but…
I started listening to this podcast, following Mathew Berry from the ESPN fantasy football podcast. I still love Berry’s advice and content, I’m just sick of Croucher trying to play the Field Yates role, piling onto Berry’s, often self-deprecating jokes. Croucher is not funny and he comes across as an arrogant d…che when he tries to puts down the headliner of the show. Let the guy who used to write jokes for sitcoms do the comedy and stick to the football.

    Levels are off
You guys need to get your levels corrected, the variance in volume from one person to the next is huge. Since I listen at work, I tend to not listen to your podcast because in order to be able to hear I need to have the volume way up and then the volume fluctuates and has super loud moments
  • a280405
    Annoying
Love hearing Matthew tap his papers the whole show and make everything about himself.

    Stop the Interruption
For the love of God, Matthew Berry control your impulses and stop interrupting your co-hosts Connor, Jay, Lawrence, insert name here. We all get it, your very knowledgeable, gregarious, and have tremendous appetite to share your fantasy insights/thoughts/opinions; however this doesn’t give you the right (as a human being) to cut off or talk over people because you lack patience or self-control. This is my one request and critique take it or leave it.

    Matthew is so obnoxious
I never realized how cringe and obnoxious Matthew is. The Luigi episode was so horrible, I don’t understand why no one said that it was a bad idea for Matthew to talk like that. Also, I hate the fact he always interrupts the other guys.

    Best Podcast in the World
I took Matthews great information and won my fantasy football league twice. And you’ve got to love Conner Rogers too
  • SuperSportsJunkie
    Mostly good
This information is really good I made it to the Semifinals two years running and Matthew is HIM and I love Connor Rodgers. But Jay gives me a headache otherwise very good.
  • Tonyj1083
    Horrible
Berry is the most obnoxious person I have ever heard. The “Luigi accent” episode is the reason I will never listen to him again. I cannot believe a coworker or producer did not tell him to stop it. He thinks he is hilarious and says “Like” 100 times in one episode. Great drinking game

    Basement Quality Audio by NBC
Matthew Berry, major network, you’d think quality audio, right? Yet, they sound like they’re using your aunt Linda’s 20 year old HP laptop, all huddled around the built in mic….it’s weird. And I think MB may have found Addreall on his way to NBC. HES REALLY EXCITED TO TELL YOU ABOUT HIS FAVORITE TE2!
  • R2RS88
    Terrible.
Maybe the worse fantasy show. Matthew must get some college intern's to get some stats for him. Has consistently bad takes. Not worth your time. Pick any other fantasy show and you will enjoy and get more out of it.
  • dklever
    Fun and informative
I get the fantasy info I need to compete and am entertained. It’s fantasy football. It’s supposed to be fun, and these guys don’t take themselves too seriously.
  • TommyM1386
    Berry Saves The Show
I only listen to the show for Matthew Berry, like what he brings to the table and miss him at ESPN. Took me a few episodes to get used to an Aussie talking about American football.
  • middleofthepack
    Good second round podcast
I listen to this after listening to my preferred FF podcast, (footballers). It’s entertaining and insightful in spite of Berry. This guy is smart but too full of himself in his advanced years. Wish he took a speaking class. If I had a dollar for every time he said “again” “you know” “I mean, like,” I’d be richer than Corey Davis. But still worth a listen. Conor and the Australian guy are great.
  • Tnagl
    Obnoxious background music
Why? Absolutely no need for it. The content is solid but that music while people are talking is unbearable.

    Not For Me I Guess
If you’re listening to this to get some fantasy football takes you better be prepared to endure some bad jokes and irrelevant tangents along the way. Good luck to Matthew Berry’s standup career because these guys waste endless time on nonsense.
  • LycanNation
    Where is Nate Ravitz!!!
Love the podcast- great content- any chance you can have Matthew stop saying “like” 87 times per show and tapping his papers and pen- it’s the worst and very distracting. Would love to have Nate Ravitz give you guys some notes on how to wrangle Matthew wondering around off topic
  • real comedy fan
    Producer Steven
Woulda been 5 stars for berry if not for the annoying pen taps
  • mjlark89
    Good stuff, mostly
I enjoy listening to this. I like how off the cuff it can be - not trying too hard to be anything but a couple fantasy football nuts chatting. Love what Connor and the Aussie bring to the table. And the bitter Berry is always good for some laughs and some scoffs.
  • Senska11
    Cut the Music
The music overlay in the background while someone is talking is miserable. That needs to go to make this at all listenable. Beyond that simple improvement - stop talking over each other. We all know MB has to be the star of the show so he just interrupts everyone; since that's the case, the other guys need to learn to stop talking.
  • Gamer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Great
Sign Connor to a lifetime contract. Love the pod

    This show back yet??
The season is in sight and I need my Mathew Berry fix! Boys back soon, right? Love this show

    Matt Berry is Awful
Matt Berry has been giving awful fantasy advice for far too long. The fact that this podcast description says he’s on the “Mount Rushmore” of analysts is laughable and tells me all I need to know about this nonsense. I wish he would finally exit this industry entirely.
  • howdydoodaa
    Awful
Only listened to 10 mins but this is a god awful podcast. Had to turn it off before my ears started bleeding. The Aussie sounds half asleep, if not fully asleep, and the other guy can’t speak English. I’m OUT
  • Malleymal
    Happy to find the Pod
Listened to Matt back at espn. Heard him on Lebatard and found his new show. Will continue to tune in.
  • dooner454
    Great fun podcast
This is my new daily Fantasy podcast. No more 06010, that went into the dumps!!! Very insightful, detailed analysis and yet still funny. Great cast. I would add a person who dives into injuries more in depth. Matthew can be annoying sometimes but I wouldn’t trade it for a bland-no-laugh-crew any day of the week.
