KT-BAMFFeeling SeenJust finished episode 58 and holy moly did this resonate. I love listening to this podcast, I feel seen and heard. It reminds me I’m not alone and that I can make changes for myself and my kids, for the better. Thank you so much Dr. B for sharing your knowledge and life experiences, you’re making such a huge impact on all of us parents out there who need to hear this!

BoopmooksGreat content but sometimes challenging to listenI have learned so much and the content is great but she often says- yaaaaw?!? At the end of her statements. This can be distracting and when she does it a lot, irritating. So one star off for this. Otherwise a really informative podcast.

Team DeganteDr. Brooke RocksI’ve been listening to this podcast for the last 3 months. I love Dr. Brooke personality, in a lot of her episodes I could resonate with her. We are not alone, being a mom is not easy, all we could do is continue to live and learn. Thank you for what you do Dr. Brooke, I hope one day you could come to Chicago. XOXO Esme

SWinter1109THANK YOU!!!This podcast has taught me SO MUCH! I’m not broken (ADHD & burnt out) it’s just my brain! I can love myself for who I am and how I was made and I can change what I don’t like. I now understand my husband and kids behavior SO MUCH BETTER! And having words to talk about things and the understanding of behavior just made my life (and my families) so much easier- we can put words to our feelings and when we know what’s happening it’s easier to move forward. Can’t thank you enough and I’m sending this podcast to ALLLL my mom friends. You’re amazing- thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Soulshine.gypsyMy go to podcastThis podcast will make you feel seen and understood and give you valuable tools to improve the life of you and your family. The best part of Monday is getting a new episode of the podcast to listen to. Thank you Dr. B for keeping it real. It is refreshing.
-
Kaili ZLove!I’m a pediatric occupational therapist and I’ve loved so many of your episodes, but especially your episode on transitions. I love how you go deeper and talk more about the brain and where the behavior is actually coming from and seeing it as data.
-
Ambet BSo much GOOD here ⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you Dr B for these episodes of realness and support in real - life parenting. I learn something new and helpful with every listen.
-
Maggie KanetomiAmazing perspective on ADHD and regulationI absolutely loved Dr. Weinstein’s episode on ADHD and regulation. In my experience, most people seem to focus on simply medicating ADHD symptoms which only partially helps. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s after multiple stressful events drown out over a couple years led me to complete burnout. While I found the medical diagnosis helpful in someways it wasn’t a magic answer to just make everything better and/or excuse my behavior. I am still learning how to regulate and get myself back to a healthier state rather than living in such constant chaos.

Milana BajkinEpisode about the noise loved it very very much!I always thought something is wrong about me because suddenly I got very sensitive to noise. And this episode helped me so much! I am finally understood, I am finally heard and seen! It is normal to be sensitive to childrens noise if you have 5 and 9 year olds and if ypu lived alone with them some part of your life and if they were tough babies and so on. I always felt so guilty… I am feeling better now! 😊 thank you!

Lala.Nicole18Definitely stated my emotions wellI just found this podcast and I listened to why is noise so triggering. First of all her voice is so soothing. Secondly she nailed this so well. I feel like she was literally in my head as a mom. Being overstimulated from being at work then the kids yelling and fighting. Thank you for explaining and being so relatable. This was definitely needed and knowing other mother’s experience these emotions. I will be listening to more.

danceOBSESSEDLove it!So thankful for this podcast. It’s so real and there’s no fluff. Parenting is hard and she acknowledges it. I really appreciate that. Would love more on how to create the calm between siblings.

Miranda ThSuch an amazing podcast!Love all of the information Dr. B gives. It’s helped me to understand myself better and my own triggers. Being a therapist myself it’s given me also a lot of insight as well! Thanks again for all of your knowledge and authenticity! I look forward to the new episode each week!

ljw787Long on platitudes and short on specificsEvery time I listen to this podcast, I’m excited by the teaser and disappointed by the episode. She loves to tease big reveals and never actually reveals anything specific or useful. For example, in the relationship episode, she teased revealing personal information to help people feel less alone, but just said a lot of generic and handwaving things that were completely unhelpful.

She Who Rides FarCame here for my kid, stayed for meWow Dr. B is incredible at breaking down all kinds of sensory processing and behaviors. I listened for my child initially and quickly realized I need this advice too (more??). So much of this sensory avoidance I’ve done my whole life and I was never aware. Now I can manage it better thanks to Dr. B!
-
@suefitNopeNew to this podcast. Loved the show with Emily Vondrachek but E29 was too much. I thought this show would be great for my expecting daughter but this was just too negative. New parenting is hard, but this made it feel impossible.
-
SydneeRMPerfect for an overstimulated mamaAs a parent of young twins, the episode on sibling rivalry was just what I needed. I love the perspective that Dr B brings to the table and can’t wait to hear more!
-
QcchappellA must listen!I feel so seen! This is the podcast I have been waiting for. I found Dr. Weinstein on Instagram and loved her content about neuro-sensory parenting. Then I found this podcast and it is taking her amazing content but in more details and depth. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping us parent and live life a little happier and mentally healthier. ❤️❤️❤️ Elizabeth (Craft to Career Podcast)

janie w85So neededAn authentic mother and woman who is living ups and downs, and is willing to share it with just the simple wish that it helps someone. Thank you, Dr. B. My journey isn’t the same as yours, but there is such value in what you say, and the genuine place it comes from. You’re a blessing to us moms ❤️
-
Callianne H.MOST REAL, RELEVANT PARENTING PODCAST!This is a MUST listen. I’m eager to hear where Dr. B’s episodes take us.

ATXMOMBOYSReal life parenting!!!I discovered Dr. B on Instagram and she always bring a laugh and great advice. Her podcast is even more amazing, if that is possible. I have listened to other kid experts, but felt like they couldn’t relate to actual parent struggles. Dr. B is relatable and real. Look forward to hearing more.
-
