TanyaLHoffAlways LearningAs the Mom of a paramedic, I so appreciate this podcast. The things my daughter has already seen in her first two years as a paramedic makes me worry about her mental health in the future. This podcast has taught me the signs to watch for which helps ease my mind. Thank you so much Tay and Taylor!
-
Kim Smith123WowWow. I just started listening to this podcast recently, but the amount of meaningful advice that has come from some of their interviews (Dr. Amen, Stacy Chapin) is so valuable and makes this podcast really unique and special.
-
Dawnieb95Allison HolkerThank you for having Allison on the pod. Also, thank you for shedding light on mental health and being so open with discussing it. I have struggled with mental health off and on for nearly 20 years. More people are talking about this topic, but there still is such a stigma. Once again, thank you.
-
chamilton664Excellent Real Life Content!!!Very interesting topics & guests- easy listening as they share thoughts with guests as well as personal relevant experiences. Love both guest episodes & personal couple discussions.
-
canyoncheer90Authentic & Memorable!Thank you so much for giving us great guests and conversations to listen to! One of my favorite podcasts to listen to on my way to work and I love you guys! I feel like I learn more about each guest, you guys, and have new perspectives. And I’m a big fan of Taylor and Twilight! Haha Can’t wait to listen to more! 🤍👏🏻
-
LDisherEnjoyable!Love y’all’s podcast! Just started listening and appreciate the vulnerability and unique way of approaching the mental health conversation. On another note its awesome hearing the love and respect you have for each other! This podcast is a great listen and a must follow!
-
tayloraskinnerInspiringI love listening to the both of you about ways to better your mental health. I love that you have other people that have struggled in their life’s come on and share ways that helped them cope. I just had to get what they call a total hysterectomy( but they left my ovaries intact). I have one handsome 7 year old! I was trying to be strong all the way up to my surgery last week. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. My body was telling me that I’m done having kids. I had fibroids in my uterus that were causing a lot of health issues and I’m only 33. I like to listen to your podcasts and I love seeing you post about ways to help with mental health. They’ve helped me in more ways then one! Thank you for what you both do. You’re touching a lot of people’s lives. God bless you both. 🫶🏼
-
chattyfan“Like”Wonderful conversations. However, the overuse of the word “like” is super annoying. Sometimes, I stop listening because it’s very distracting. That said, Taylor and Taylor are so kind, sensitive and engaging with their guests.
-
Irishbull81Wow. Just wow.I’ve been listening for a few months after finding this podcast. Can’t even remember what got me to it, but I’m so thankful I found it. Taylor and Taylor are two of my favorite people after listing to these wonderful and amazing interviews. People open up and just pour out their hearts. T&T provide a safe space for all and to walls come down. I decided to review because it has meant so much to me as I struggle with my own health. Mental health is absolutely the most important thing to focus on. Thank you so much Taylor and Taylor. You are making a huge difference in this world doing what you do. I love your podcast and I hope you continue for a very long time.

Kymberly LambMy Favorite Podcast! This podcast takes priority every week! Doesn’t matter what is in my queue or what I’m listening to at the moment, as soon as the episode drops I hit play! It’s a breath of fresh air. It’s real people. Real moments. Real stories. Touches my soul in the best way. Thank you Tay and Taylor!
-
dmsnydeUnfortunately disappointedI love the Taylors so I was bummed I didn’t enjoy the podcast— I felt like the questions being asked to some of their guests were very generic. I didn’t leave some of the episodes feeling like I knew anything more than I would’ve if I just looked them up on Wikipedia. The episodes also felt kind of forced with their responses to their guests and very generic “I love that” and other common phrases in response instead of asking questions and going deeper. I only listened to 2 episodes, so maybe I picked the wrong ones.
-
Jake5427Family friendlyI really hope it stays family friendly! I can listen to it any time, anywhere! The guests have such great advice, I cry almost every episode. Thank you thank you for being so genuine and wholesome people to listen to!
-
LingyibearBest podcast everWow I love this!!! I’m 13 years old and this is fun to listen to lol 😂
-
Taylor the TailorJust EhI was really hoping to like this podcast, but it’s very hard when both Taylors have such low and monotone voices. A lot of the episodes are hard to take seriously because of the tones of their voices; it feels almost fake or forced. Also, they repeat a lot of words and/or phrases such as “like”, “I love that”, or “yeah”. The mood in this podcast as well as the vocabulary, personality, and vibe needs to be elevated and more engaging.

Hollyann marie SMental Health Therapist Approved 💛This is my absolute FAVORITE podcast that I look forward to each week! As a mental health therapist I recommend this podcast to many of my clients! This podcast shares important conversations about mental health and is so validating! If you are looking for a podcast that will boost your mood, validate you, and help you learn something new- this podcast is definitely for you! This podcast keeps getting better and better! Each time I think I have a favorite episode, Tay + Taylor bring back another guest I grow to love and that episode becomes my favorite! I’m so incredibly thankful for this podcast!💛💛💛💛💛
-
Camary1Amazing coupleLove and enjoy their episode
-
moralesgcgLove this podcast! Quick noteLove listening to this podcast! It’s enjoyable & also has helped me work through some things - thank you for what y’all do!! Quick note - I like the previous thumbnail, with Tay in yellow & smiling, way better! I think it went with the theme of the show way better & (sorry if this is harsh but I mean it to be helpful) it was more flattering than the current thumbnail, especially for Tay. The other pic, when you actually click on the show, is cool! But i still like the smiling pics better! Especially for a mental/emotional health podcast. Just my 2 cents. 😄💛🍋
-
BBfromNJThis shows amazingYou both are real and full of truth and I hope you get more ppl on, you should bring on Robert Scott Wilson from Days Of Our Lives, and other celebs too, and you should do child stars on drugs and talk to Leif Garrett, etc - great job!!!
-
KamdoggettLove!I love this podcast!! Tay can you please do a episode on the life of a nurse and tips on how to pick a career that fits with your lifestyle?
-
kac1925Love the Openness and GenuinenessI really love everything about this podcast. Both Taylor’s are so genuine and open, and their voices are so calming. I appreciate everything you talk about.
-
amandalh3Relaxed and RealLove this show so far and the calm, authentic vibe both Taylor’s have. Thanks for being so intentional with your topics and mixing in fun stuff too! Keep it up!! PS totally second the idea for an episode on the mental health around weddings - especially about perfectionism. I’ve found that stress can sneak up and manifest, even years later 🙃
-
kittenpoopooDeceased 💀In the second episode I died when Mrs. Lautner said “I’m deceased” after Mr. Lautner answered her last question. Crying because I was laughing so hard. I cannot. 😂💀
-

-
Marina MabelMy favorite!I love listening to you guys every Wednesday. It gets me through the work week! I love your solo ramble episodes. I appreciate that you’ve been letting us in more behind the scenes of your lives & being vulnerable. It makes me feel like we’re friends!
-
Nicaragua21Great Content!Love this podcast! I love that this podcast is mental health driven. I’ve learned a lot from listening to the episodes such as the interviews with Dr. Amen, Kevin Hines, JP Saxe and Maria Shriver & Patrick Schwarzenegger. Highly recommend listening!
-
cb250308She didn’t have to change her last name!Personally I cannot get past the fact that Taylor did not have to do that. Why make it difficult? Why have the same exact name as your husband? To me this feels obvious?! And for this reason alone, I will not be listening to this podcast. Thanks!
-
berryblonde89Wholesome and joyfulThis podcast just makes me feel GOOD. In a world with a lot of darkness, these two are radiating lights. I especially love the solo episodes. ❤️

-
carlyrachelSo soothingI get frequent migraines and podcasts are my go-to to distract me. You guys are choice because your voices are so calming and soothing. Love how humble both of you are and it comes through in your conversations.
-
JmckendreeMy Favorite PodThis is my favorite podcast to listen to. It’s always so informative and super calming to listen to. I look forward to the new episodes every Wednesday!
-
Jackie.lowrey“You know… ya know…Y’know”Not everyone can be a public speaker saying “um” repeatedly is very distracting to the audience. Or any specific word for that matter. Taylor (female) says “you know or y’know” sometimes so much as before AND after every word in a single sentence. Like she is incapable of completing a thought without saying it. It’s incredibly challenging to listen to. Podcasts aren’t for people that are not well spoken. If you can’t complete a thought out loud then you shouldn’t have a podcast. Period.
-
AlyssadlottLove this Podcast!!I went to the LO conference and was in the breakup group for Mental health! I’m going to school for counseling and Taylor made a lot of good points throughout the session! I did not start listening to this podcast till after the conference! Now I can’t stop lol and don’t plan too!
-
AliciaAkersonLove, but the “yeahs” are distracting.Oh gosh, I love you guys, but I can’t with the “yeahs”!
-
megelainemillerLove the Taylors!!I really enjoy your podcast, and I appreciate the topics you tackle. I feel like I really relate with girl Tay especially, and I just want to be her best friend haha ❤️ love listening to both of you, and I appreciate your openness in sharing. My husband and I are around the same age as you guys, so I really enjoy hearing about your lives and relationship. Keep it up! Love it!
-
mandy_lasagnaObsessedI love listening to boy & girl Tay & have loved all of the guests. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because there are a couple episodes that have abruptly cut off & while I know more of the episode is on YouTube, I didn’t like that it cut off mid sentence on the audio version (an example would be the JP Saxe episode). I know mistakes can happen in editing & I will always continue to listen either way. I love seeing new sides to both Tays & hearing their opinions & experiences on each topic. I’d also love to have uncut episodes through the podcast, I would definitely listen to episodes over an hour long anytime!! Can’t wait to continue hearing more from the podcast! Like the title says, I’m obsessed & such a fan of both of you!
-
AOJ18LOVEI am really enjoying this podcast, it helps me feel less alone and more seen. The Hannah brown episode resonated with me, saying that she doesn’t always know why she’s feeling a certain way, and not knowing how long it’ll last, etc. I hope to find a partner as supportive as Adam is to her. I also love the solo episodes where it’s just boy and girl Tay. This podcast is relaxing, helpful and fun. 💛 so glad I found it!
-
Sabrina SCPets and emotional supportPlease do a full episode on animals and emotional support. My animals have helped me in so many ways including managing anxiety and stress. Thank you 😊
-
Cogirl8875SO INSPIRINGAs a teen gurl, in the midst of the hardest times, this is so so good. You guys are so calming and relaxing. While also being funny and energetic! Thank you for taking about the good and the bad. I never would have thought I’d feel so connected to a celebrity and his wife. Love you guys! -Taytum
-
MareSwanLoveI love that girl Tay is like the eras tour is over and so with the summer I turned pretty so what am I going to do so true Tay
-
EllieJoeCollinsCouldn’t be more excited to follow along!I just listened to the first episode! I loved it, you two are so open and supportive of each other. So inspiring! You talked about your favorite number together being the same day you got engaged and married on (11.11). That’s also my favorite number and my birthdate. Fun tidbit to share :)
-
AcousticOnly1A lot of improvements to makeBetween the low quality of Sasha’s interview sound, Taylor’s vocal fry, the addition of guests like Matt and Abby who are extremely problematic and continually exploit their marriage and children for fame…there is a lot of work to do here…
-
bumkfscSo goodMy new fav
-
Francis J FoxYou’ll really appreciate…The voice pushing & saints be praised - finally a podcast that addresses mental health! <3

I’m so happy he found someone like Tay that compliments him so well! I love listening to this podcast when I’m at work (I’m a nanny for an infant) definitely feels like a breath of fresh air! 🤍
