Love absolutely everything about Cleo and this podcast🤩so relatable, so inspiring, and so encouraging

Just listened to Cleo’s walking meditation walking to train station in downtown Philadelphia. Not best place to breathe in the fresh air 😂- what a beautiful city architecturally with the sadness of such widespread homelessness all around. I wonder what our forefathers would think. Anyway, loved the meditation it set my intention for the day. Matt

I never write reviews, but I have to just say how much I’ve enjoyed this podcast. Cleo’s way of approaching each topic is so inspired, and I love hearing about her journey. She gives beautiful insight, and I look forward to what she shares every time there is a new episode. I’ve learned so much since I started listening to this podcast, and I do her walking meditation almost daily. If you haven’t checked that out, I highly recommend it!
