    Exciting podcast
A very different and somehow more in depth way of interviewing women artists is what you’ll find here. I love the interviews and the questions. It’s a different and more deep interview podcast than the usual, “when did you realize you were an artist,” and “what’s on your bucket list.” Can’t wait for more. Highly recommended plus I really love the focus on painters.

    Art Reflects Life
What a joy to learn more about Sarah Sedwick’s true passion. I have many of her art pieces in my home and this podcast gave those more meaning. I’m one of those people who thought they didn’t like still life art - until I encountered Sarah’s works. The interview was full of well-articulated and framed questions. As I heard the answers I realized how much I, not a painter, have in common with Sarah the painter - stick to what matters and be productive!

A new podcast about women artists
I was incredibly honored when Chris Stafford asked if I would be willing to allow her to interview me for a new podcast. Chris has spent years in the world of sports podcasting, and her newfound passion for painting has turned her attention to the art world, and specifically to focus on female artists who for so long has been given less attention than men. Chris’s experience and professionalism are immediately evident when you listen to her podcasts. The introductions are beautifully written, and her easy style of interviewing results in wonderful questions that lead to lively conversation. I’m excited about listening to future episodes of the podcast and suspect the Chris’s work will raise awareness of many of today’s best contemporary artists.

    Thoughtful conversations
Chris’ thoughtful journalism, and probing questions encourage artists to reflect on their work, motivations, and the role of their art in society. As a non-artist, I look forward to the diverse range of guests and the meaningful conversations that, no doubt, will broaden my understanding of art and inspire me. Highly recommended for anyone interested in engaging discussions with artists of all backgrounds and mediums.

An unrehearsed yet incisive podcast on Alexa’s artistic evolution
In this interview, Alexa traces her arrival as an artist, drawing heavily on the artistic talents of her mother and the construction and engineering talents of her father. She talked candidly about discovering her metier at an early age as well as the challenges she faced as an emerging female artist. This splendid interview probes at Alexa’s motivations and deep commitment to her work. She also reflects on her own career, thoughtfully telling her story with humor and aplomb which gives women artists a path to their own mark in the world of art.
