    Perfect supplement to the app
I love that the podcast dovetails so well with the pickup app. Sam, Karl and most recently Kyle help make making music more approachable. It can be easy to get bogged down with theory, but these guys convey just enough theory to help explain a concept. Keep up the good work, guys!

    Dedication and expertise
Come on! this two guys spice up the guitar learning pathways adding up their own opinions and experiences from their unique up-comings, we are all different and you can see here how that’s so important when talking about music because is what identify us musicians and keep us making music. Here music is not a finish product and here you listen, learn and find inspiration.

“Earning a living as a guitarist” episode
Good episode. I enjoyed hearing about your individual experiences. As a full time guitarist for the past 30+ years myself it’s interesting to hear younger players take. I would suggest that remote recording as well as traditional sessions should be added to your list. I would also suggest Musical Theater has become an increasingly great community for guitarists to work and earn a great living. Local theater as well as touring and of course Broadway. Although you briefly mentioned wedding bands there is a lot to learn and earn in those bands. A lot of decision making on the spot which contributes to your improv skills. I look forward to hearing more.
