    What I’ve been looking for in trauma healing.
    I’ve been on a very long journey of healing, chronic illness and trauma. I always found myself learning so much information about the mind-body connection, meditation, emotional freedom techniques, IFS counseling, brain retraining and other regulating practices. All of those are wonderful practices, but always left me with the same question… But HOW do I actually release emotional trauma? RIM is so accessible and so powerful. I am So grateful for finding this podcast and Karena’s work!

    I am not a huge fan of podcasts. They can be fun and interesting for sure. But this podcast is amazingly helpful if you’re like me… energetic, talented, driven, while at the same time fearful, sad, and angry for no particular reason. I discovered years ago, that it’s trauma expressing itself, in weird ways, I’ve saught out people to help me. When I discovered this podcast, I was amazed at how spot on it is for me! I consider this much more than a podcast, it’s incredibly healing to listen to, and doing the excersices along with Karena is just amazing.
