How fun to have a space that has good energy, that is a blank canvas that can be used for anything you want with no pressure to make it happen now! That would be a dream! If I had something like that, I’d turn it into an art center and try to get grants so kids could enjoy the bliss of creativity👏 and offer art classes to adults .

Especially liked the podcast on procrastination, I think there’s a lot of helpful and wise words within that podcast. If you can to have a hard time focusing and everyone who does everything it feels like you do nothing this is a great one to listen to. Sound quality is a little odd at first a little choppy, but well worth it
