George thanks for going through this insane immunity ruling. But I disagree with you; these 6 judges have made it basically impossible for the DOJ to convict a POTUS. Trump can say I bombed George’s house today with a Reaper Drone because me and my NSC believed he was a threat to our country….BTW DOJ cannot question my intent and motives…See you in court.

I eagerly look forward to each new episode of this podcast. But everyone in a while, find myself annoyed by Conway’s slightly dismissive attitude. He doesn’t always seem to be very prepared. And does on occasion talk over Sarah. Sarah - so glad you got rid of the “like I am five” byline.

I love this dynamic duo. Sara asks a question and I wanted to know the answer too! George explains. Both have a humerus bent and I love them.

George speaks over her constantly. I’m sure he’s very knowledgeable, but the chip he seems to have on his shoulder about Trump leads to rambling attempts at humor and repetition. The ad spots are so cringe. I wanted to like this podcast, and I’ll probably look at other ones that Sarah is in, but I’m out.

I only wish there were more frequent episode drops because this is so well done. Sarah Longwell is so good at asking the right questions and knowing when and how to make information more digestible, and George Conway is wonderful at “explaining it all.” This is one of the few political podcasts that seems to neither try to unreasonably scare its listeners into thinking the worst is going to happen, nor try to speak into an echo chamber. And, as a lawyer myself, I find it very reassuring that George’s analyses and predictions often align with my own and with reality (except for Trump v. Anderson, but I maintain that George and I had that one right). Thank you for making this show and doing it so well.

Love the legal perspective of the courts. George Conway legal mind tells his perspective in our current crazy moment. He breaks it down for the average citizen to understand. Sarah asks good questions we are all asking.

In 6th grade I went to church(southern Baptist) With a classmate. As the preacher was doing his come up and be saved routine, the poor girl in my school class who was picked on was “coming up to be saved”. There sat the boys in my class who had picked on her mercilessly were sitting there looking angelic. I, being raised an atheist, was shocked. It was a lesson for me about people and religion. Anyway, Sarah, I’m glad your eyes are opened. Also I’m 72 years old now I’m sorry I’m not a good writer but I tried to give a good description of this.

I listen to almost all the Bulwark pods but this one ranks lowest. George is a terrible speaker and interrupts Sarah too many times. I think we can get the same input from other great pods that you collaborate with ( eg, #Sisters in Law, Strict Scrutiny).

Love this podcast I really love the breakdown George gives regarding the day’s political environment! I love the catchy tune at the end of the show! Well done !

I want to love this but there are major audio issues in first episode and I couldn’t finish so not sure if they were addressed or not. George has nice soothing voice so listen, listen, listen then bam! Sarah says something so loud it will startle you. Every time she spoke I jumped a little. I could barely hear George and it was like she was sitting next to me yelling in my ear. I might try again because I like George but if she scares me on another episode I’m out.

George helps my anxiety. Sarah, thanks for asking George!

I like George Conway but someone needs to rein him in. He repeats himself and interrupts Sarah way too often - basic disrespect. I mean if he was giving insightful thoughts and unique comments it would be one thing but he interrupts Sarah to say the same darn thing over and over. I do like this podcast on the whole.

I always look to certain podcasts to give me perspective and hope for the country. I definitely need it. The podcast makes me feel more positive about things.

George explains his perspective on the law and events clearly and logically. He breaks it all down easily and is even funny. Loved his comments today “Spank spank spank spank spank”….”offending the magazine gods…..magazines are for reading, not spanking” the double and even triple entendres were so good his cohost didn’t even notice.

This podcast is very enlightening. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the topics and explain those topics very clearly. I like the humor too.

Hey George, here’s a thought: maybe stop being a constant example of misogyny and let Sarah Longwell finish her sentences like any decent human being would do. Half the time you don’t even understand the point she was trying to make and you respond to something she wasn’t even saying. Can’t help but notice you don’t do that to Joe Scarborough.

I say this we love in my heart for Mr Conway: take a breath. Listen (this is supposed to be a dialogue) to Sarah and respond instead of pontificating and interrupting her. It hurts your credibility in my opinion.

Horribly catchy that thing. Excellent pod. Sarah is a great “every person” foil to George’s know-it-all.

I just listened to your podcast for the first time. Sarah and George brought well reasoned questions and legal information to the program. This program appears to be part of the Bulwark family of programs which I find very informative and timely. Here is my gripe (sorry) Charlie Sykes always had the best audio on any political podcast. Unfortunately on this podcast Sarah was too far from the microphone and George was too close(I heard every breath he took) Please get some help from Charlie’s audio engineer. Thanks and looking forward to your next program BW in Pennsylvania

Thank you for this great explanation. It’s reassuring to hear George explain the Supreme Court immunity arguments. No reason to panic yet, I so hope he’s right.

This show is very informative and even keeled. Love the information that is concisely presented. George really does a great job of explaining some of the more complex legal topic. One request: Bring the old theme song back. The new one isn’t great. The twangy tone of this new one is not pleasant. The original had a hipper more complex melody, almost Cudi-like. Way more enjoyable. When it comes on it gets you ready for the show!

A measure of George’s mastery of the law is his ability to explain the significance and ramifications of what is happening in terms we can all understand. Thank you to Sarah for asking the questions and to George for answering them.

Suggestions, George please stop interrupting and talking over Sarah also mute the sniffing and heavy breathing.

This podcast offers great insight and is a favorite of mine. I’m a fan of Sarah and George and appreciate the expertise they bring to the table. It is, however, maddening to hear George’s breathing and sniffing, so I hope you will fix his microphone and/or edit out those sounds. Keep the legal expertise coming!

George interrupts too much, he cannot answer questions without trying to be cute. It’s annoying. We need Kim Wehle.

Sarah has my questions.

George Conway has an engaging personality, has familiarity with the cases against Trump, tells pertinent stories about his own engagement peripherally with Trump, all of which makes for a fascinating podcast.

Conway’s gift is presenting legal info in an understandable way. He clearly (bluntly) recaps situation before commenting so that listeners can understand the situation then examine next potential maneuvers. I finish walking away feeling better informed.

If George could stop interrupting Sarah so much - and maybe that mic is turned down to minimize noises - and then (sorry to ask so much) that new outro song is ditched, will be perfect. Title is already too long, and the legal equivalent of The Beverly Hillbillies’ theme song is just too, too, too much. Too much. Maybe Tim can help? Please? TY!
