Breezy Lynn coBrene BrownI love your podcast, heard every episode, have always loved you as a player. To hear Brene speak to you and see you... and truly understand your mindset and thoughts, was an absolute joy. I do also like that she called your self deprecation out, in the most perfect way. ;)

s-m-knyMore Love All EpisodesI’ve been a listener from the beginning and I’ve enjoyed the insights Andy gives to how all the tennis associations function and how that impacts player experiences. The episode with Kim and Sophie was a welcomed surprise addition. I haven’t found any podcasts or platforms that give us the stories of the players “as people” and certainly less so for the WTA players. We almost never hear from players in this way unless it’s a heavily edited Netflix doc. I’d listen to a separate podcast just about this.

mjrkrantzFantastic! Been an Andy fan for 20+ yearsI absolutely love this podcast. Andy is funny and insightful and I appreciate his candid views on the current game of tennis. I met Andy once in Cincinnati many years ago (‘04?). We are of a similar age and he was incredibly kind to me and the 20 kids asking for his autograph. He had a fan for life at that moment! Keep ‘em going!

Tuesday DriveBest tennis pod!Love, love, love your pod. Former tennis player but now I listen every week on my way to pickleball 😂. Attended the Asheville event which was phenomenal! Would love your thoughts on why doubles does so well in pb but not tennis. BTW, someone should tell Brenee Brown that the world #1 female pickleball champion player wears fila!
-
sting rayGreat ShowAndy is a great host- able to get into the weeds of tennis strategy but also see the big picture. I think he pulls the best out of his guests. JW is also an awesome add and always has thoughtful things to say. Last shoutout goes to Producer Mike, who isn’t a tennis expert by trade, but that actually brings a very valuable set of “layman” questions that make the pod approachable to non experts. I think Kim C is very smart and obviously has an extensive resume to be an expert in her realm but is not as natural in expressing her thoughts in a concise manner and tends to ramble a bit. I would appreciate more female perspectives though!

november fallRAFA INTERVIEWThis was the best...what a lovely human being!! Great interview Andy...

Bubble gum man twoVery SolidEverything that you want to know about the current state of tennis from the perspective of a great player. Insightful and enjoyable.

Saj in MarylandBest Tennis PodcastBeen a listener since day one, and I am always informed and entertained, never disappointed by your podcasts. Keep up the exceptional work! ❤️. One topic that you or someone might be able to shed light on in the future would be the poor quality of the live closed captioning on the Tennis Channel. I worked in the closed captioning of live events and transcription for many years. While I'm not hearing impaired, I will usually watch programs with the captions on. If I needed the words to understand what was being said about the matches, I sure would be out of luck. At least program it to get the players' names spelled correctly, e.g., Swiatek was recently captioned as Sian Tek. And because of placement, captions left hanging or not blanked from the screen during a point often obstruct viewing of the play. Thanks for letting me vent a little and thanks again for creating Served!
-
dannysantaGreat podcastBeen listening from the start - congrats to the whole team for hitting a year on the airwaves. Love the eps with the staff from US Open and other tournaments - the peak behind the scenes is super interesting for we tennis nerds. The Kim/Social Sophie ep was great - would love to keep hearing these two together. Hearing different players perspectives is awesome - keep em coming.

Hola todos!Ciao tuttiHey Andy you did again! You were mentioned on That Other Podcast across the pond. Well-done, you! Free advertising…
-
aallen554Better before sponsors etc.Loved it in the beginning. Tennis nerdom at its finest. Andy can break down a match and tactics etc like NOBODY ELSE! He’s the best in pure tennis ! But- Has some episodes that are now kind of become more banal “lowest common denominator “ tennis podcast for NPC tennis “fans”. Will still listen because Andy is great. So is John. But the other side characters are uninteresting and don’t add anything to the tennis IQ of the show. ugh! i don’t want to hear fem journalism. Also live shows can go sideways and be uninteresting. I appreciate that it’s Andy’s vision though.
-
SeaDoofunFave tennis podcastThe money episode was fascinating! Would love more like this,?all those details. Like a day in the life when you're in a grand slam. First round vs a final, what's the day after look like etc? How do you recover from a 3 hour/3 set match vs 1.5 hour match? Really enjoyed the quick daily shows from AO, you need to grab Madi!
-
VP_$$$$$Best tennis podcast hands downI spent a week at the Australian open and couldn’t wait for Andy’s analysis, it’s fun and very entertaining all the other tennis podcasts blow they’re so dry and boring
-
durtyxBetter than most but not the bestRoddick has a great insider’s view & that brings an interesting slant. The shows when Jon Wertheim is on are the better ones because they can have a conversation. Roddick spends too much time in each episode manufacturing oppositional arguments against whatever point he’s making & then rebutting them at length. He seems obsessed with what people will say on social media about what he says. The show definitely trends a little bro-y so if that’s your thing, this is for you. My fave show is The Tennis Podcast, which I always listen to.
-
Shelley from MinnesotaAwesome stuffTo Andy and the team at Served— I have been listening since day one and I love this product you are putting out into the universe. Andy your balance of reverence and irreverence for the things that matter strike a cord with this tennis fan. Jon your sports journalism expertise I love so much and the obvious rapport and teamwork that you are all building together is apparent. Andy I watched you on the court ( we are similar in age) and I so appreciate your tennis expertise and commentary on the tennis being played today. Sorry it took me so long to write a review! Keep it coming! PS I love the Quick Serve editions during the Grand Slam events. Such an excellent idea that surpasses the tennis podcasts that are out there.
-
SheetzFan212Hitting Your StrideLast year, the show became a quality option in the tennis podcast space, which really lacked one. But they’ve really found the perfect formula with Quick Served. JW serving as Master of Summaries when there is way too much going on early, the re-draw show to reset our minds (although 1 more group show wouldn’t hurt) and then Andy’s deep expertise on the nitty gritty of the final matches. They absolutely struck gold for the majors to go with a really good week to week show.

Hiker AlEnjoy your showAre you aware that your theme song is being used in Hello Fresh TV commercials? Hope you’re getting royalties!
-
SimplyCourtney01Game, Set, ListenOne of the highlights of my workday commute is listening to Andy, John W, and Producer Mike (where is Social Sophie???) break down the latest matches and news in the tennis world. They bring a refreshing mix of deep expertise and contagious enthusiasm that makes every episode feel like you're chatting with knowledgeable friends who just get it (who else was rooting for Keys super hard to see John’s prediction come true!). They are able to break down complex matches and player dynamics in a way that’s both accessible and fascinating, without alienating the chuckers like me! The show is the perfect balance of education, entertainment, and real-world stories, making it a must-listen for anyone who truly appreciates the sport. And you might even glean some pro tips to up your game!
-
lucascoltsServedThis is an absolutely excellent podcast. It’s exciting and entertaining and enjoyable, and it’s with the tennis, guaranteed to be enjoyed and therefore it’s a lot of fun and I want to say just starting the podcast is pretty great and soon when finishing all 84 episodes, it’s going to be pretty excellent, this is the discussion that’s worth having in all more ways than.
-
Hdbfkvi123Disappointed on disparity between ATP & WTA infoCan you get a female co-host to cover WTA? Current hosts either skim over WTA or briefly touch on them before spending majority of episode on ATP. Disappointing.
-
Steve EichenblattBullyingGreat podcast…Andy and Jon are not afraid to discuss the truth..even though they know the bully will attack..Its’s the Trump affect…. We live in a country where a bully who has a documented history of assault on women and routinely attacks anyone who dares question him gets elected President…. So no surprise that Kyrgios, who has pled guilty to domestic violence and blamed it on substance abuse thinks it’s ok to bully others - including a woman- Nick shows not an ounce of empathy for others who have made mistakes that are not nearly as bad as his own. At least he owned it, unlike our President… Posting and bullying on a kids instagram who experienced the thrill of hitting with the number one player is a desperate attempt for attention. He’s a kid.. Why and how is Nick good for the sport of tennis? The guy beat his girlfriend.. at least once..if he was an NfL or NBA player , he would be suspended forever… not glorified.. If he had been drug tested during his assault it would not have been melatonin or some remnants of a healing cream .. Thank you Andy for standing up for the truth and addressing the problem with internet bullying.
-
btaffEnd of year ATP REVIEWYour end of year review seemed to be much more corporate than normal. Nothing negative on any of the top players. If i want this type of slanted journalism then I will just listen to the tennis channel. Come on Andy, tell us what a player needs to do to get better or if the player is lucky to be ranked as high as he, is tell us. Your lack of constructive criticism makes you seem like the new deal you signed is going to make this just another podcast I can skip.
-
MicMinnemanGreat showI don’t normally leave reviews but this podcasts deserves a five star rating. Along with great insights on the players, tournament play and scheduling, what it takes to be a top ten player and common themes, the show takes us down some interesting rabbit holes - the science and technology behind tennis racquet construction was a thoroughly interesting side topic. Roddick and his sidekicks are respectful of the game and the players but also willing to call out weaknesses in players when it’s the right call. Thanks guys. I thought I knew tennis but after listening to you this year, I realize how superficial my knowledge and understanding has been.
-
PaulJames92Kim and Andy Are GreatIt’s a great podcast. The best episodes by far are the ones with Kim Clijsters. She offers awesome insight, and you can tell she and Andy really get along famously. The more Kim the better going forward!!
-
sammy327!Great podcast!I look forward to this podcast every week and have learned so much about tennis and the tour by just listening. I am always forwarding the link to this podcast to my tennis friends - they love it and we love you Andy Roddick! You were my Moms favorite player and mine too and you do a great job analyzing the game and telling the tennis story. Great job!
-
JwdaltonFellow Tennis NerdsSuch a well balanced podcast. Andy and his team do a great job of covering this beloved sport from all perspectives, going deeper into topics at the forefront and behind the scenes of tennis.
-
BrendaTennisFanWHERE is John ???are you banning John too?? your show is NOT the same without him. i used to listen. very disappointed now. John apologized. Get over it, move on, and bring him BACK!!!
-
Silian RailWhy?Andy is intelligent but the show just isn’t very good. Wertheim is just a waste. Why would anyone want to listen to someone with zero athleticism and zero perspective speak about tennis? Now Wertheim is insulting female players based on their appearance.
-
Kelly 💙 tennisAmazing! As a borderline tennis obsessed person, this podcast is what I need and love! The player insight is so intriguing and I look forward to it weekly!!
-
Bt47%PTPAWe need you Andy to ask the questions we are all thinking. Great episode
-
StellaConnecticutLove his nerding!Love this podcast as Andy is wicked passionate, knowledgeable and personable. Oh and funny. I’d LOVE to see some veteran women on the show now (like the Brad Gilbert’s and Max Eisenbud’s). More focus on women’s tennis, please. This is now my fav podcast. GO ANDY! Ps: really appreciated the deep dive with Chris Eubanks.
-
piamacJon WertheimHonestly, only reason I tune in is to listen to Jon Wertheim.
-
B7M2WAwesome!The best source for unfiltered tennis talk. Thanks Andy and staff!
-
fitzrickDoubles loveLove the pod. Great insight into everything in tennis. But when talking about doubles is it crazy to say more people watch when singles players play because they know who they are already, because they are marketed more. I understand it’s a chicken or the egg argument. And I think starting the doubles event later is a good idea and making changes is necessary but do we have to make it so different from the normal game. Money drives all though
-
ARRow7Clean up the languageGreat tennis content, but not family friendly. Use caution if you have young tennis players in the car.
-
Gregg RobinsFor anyone who loves or even likes tennisWhat a super podcast that covers an array of important areas, from players to gear to how the sport really works. Andy brings deep player insights - coupled with charming humility and welcome humour - and Jon Wertheim, who is the best in the business. All tennis enthusiasts of all kinds and levels should tune in!
-
DDPpddDownload issuesThree of the past four episodes have failed to download. I am not having a download issue with other podcasts.
-
gilbretdonnNice to have the pro perspectiveSo I am a big fan of The Tennis Podcast, and I believe this pod is differently better! 1. Love Andy bringing his experiences on the tour into conversations. 2. Love American sports references comparisons, especially NBA. 3. Love the funny pop culture references. 4. Love that Andy is such a tennis nerd, genuinely nice guy, and cusses.
-
DshigmoSometimes great, sometimes huuhhhh?!!?Kind of like that 2010 IW loss in the final to Ljubicic
-
Laura Hope 33Best word vomit for chuckersI’m a tennis junkie chucker; I have no real power to fight this. Roddick is my age, my first real American tennis hero. [bats eyelashes] So it’s obvious that this is my favorite tennis podcast. Occasionally quite a bit of word vomit, but it’s fun and unfiltered and entertaining.
-
KarrieBThe best Tennis insights, from someone who actually knows!Andy talks about all aspects of tennis and what it is like being a pro player on the tour. He and John Wertheim have fun and detailed discussions about everything from players’ styles and strategies to the financial aspects of pro tennis. Great guests, too, who know the inside scoop about all things tennis. Fun, unfiltered and entertaining. Loved the daily updates during Wimbledon!
-
MuthahumpaLiked but now dislikeI really enjoyed this til now. I can’t stand listening to realllly arrogant people spout off. I may fully agree with Roddick but still can’t stand listening to him because his arrogance just jumps out so hard.
-
Torps3993Doesn’t playAlways getting an error and won’t play on some podcast
-
PB from DThe BestLove Andy’s pod Served. Love that he is doing it daily on Wimbledon. So good !
-
LoEv1993So Gooooooooood (insert Novak voice)I love this podcast! I look forward to listening every week (or every day for the fast serve ones during a slam) please keep it going!! PS - loved the Soulja Boy reference from Andy in the last episode, made my millennial heart happy
-
Omnid00dTHIS is inside tennisI was an Andy fan ever since his rocket launcher of a serve crashed the tennis scene and even more so after his multiple deep GS runs. So it’s a bit surreal to hear him talk at length with all the gory and deep technical details of the sport. I’m a bigger fan NOW knowing much he was a student of the game. Here’s a guy who went many sets with the big 3 and is here, willing to speak openly/honestly about the highs and lows has changed how I thought about the game (I no longer get annoyed at Nole) His insights and knowledge of the current players really helps me understand todays game as well. I don’t know how you can get more inside tennis than this. AND he casually brings in multi-GS winner Kim Cjlisters on several episodes for double the nerding out. If you’re a student of the game and business of tennis, this is your podcast.
-
GP PiñonRoddick fan!I absolutely love this podcast. Can’t get enough of Andy’s knowledge of the game and all the insider accounts of players and what happens behind the scenes. Andy, you were my favorite player for so very long! I love that you have this Podcast!!
-
agetennisMoney episodeThanks for talking about the topic no one else talks about! Also, you’re a natural and I thought that after you were on SNL after you won the US Open! Glad you’re back!
