Join friends since birth Lily Allen and Miquita Oliver twice a week for their transatlantic catch-ups, discussing everything from the highs and lows of their lives to the biggest cultural moments of the week.

Every Monday, Lily and Miquita will throw the show open and invite questions on a theme; celebrity weddings, indie sleaze, orgasms, lies… Then on Thursdays, they’ll pick apart the world around them with unfiltered conversation on everything from intimacy to interiors, from exercise to elections.

Favorite part of my week!

Love this podcast and waiting for it to air is the longest part of the week. Lily & Miquita are so real and relatable, showing that they deal with the same issues as their less famous fans. Cant get enough of them, my new besties that I didn’t know I needed!

I’ve been such a huge fan of Lily for so long and now I see why. Thank you for sharing so much. Our similarities truly make me feel more normal. And yes, sleep shopping is also a thing for me. Dumping a dog for eating a passport is the owners fault to think it’s funny and publish it shows you are not only vile but should not ever own a living breathing thing probably down to plants deleted this from my downloads.

I used to occasionally tune in but after hearing her laugh as she described returning her adopted dog for chewing up her passports, never again. That old saying about greatness of a nation can be judged by how it treats its animals? I apply it to people and this casual dumping of an innocent puppy tells me a lot about Lily Allen’s character…

Too stupid and silly to have a dog. That would be you. You are one these people who treat animals as accessories and think you have a bad dog when it’s actually a reflection on how you ruined this puppy. Don’t get another one. You aren’t understanding the concept of dog ownership well enough. Spoiled narrow minded rich people are the absolute worst. Boo hoo I left my passport out and my dog ate it and it’s a bad dog because you couldn’t possibly be responsible. Gross.

I’ve loved Lily since I saw her perform at Roseland in NYC in 2009. Her first and second album were the soundtrack to my commutes from Brooklyn to FIT for university, and I’ve followed her career ever since. Miquita and Lily’s friendship and conversations are the perfect addition to my week. Love you two!

I’m sorry I liked this podcast but your opinions on not using social media to increase the amount of awareness on your platforms are trash. It’s not 2013 anymore, and the way you speak about social media just shows how out of touch you are. Don’t hide behind being a mother. Sure you can go to protests and show up in the room, but it sounds like you haven’t been doing that either so don’t shun people. You sound like boomers. Also I’m sure it’s the BBC making you say it, but it’s not a war. It’s a genocide. And for just that I’m not interested. Loving this podcast and how natural it is vibe wise! I could listen to you talk and ramble for hours. I have binge listened to all episodes and now I need more! I can’t wait to see what topics you discuss in the future. It’s so interesting to actually hear the questions from around the UK and the rest of the world. It would be awesome if you had listeners on for special episodes etc to see maybe what advice and thoughts you would have on different elements of life and people’s journeys love and conversational. It was also so cool to hear my own question answered on the podcast (CJ from Utah) you said you’d listen to me do a podcast… so if you ever need someone to fill in I’m always available ;) keep the episodes coming!
