    Prepare before recording
I am going to listen to every episode as a newer steward because I love learning. With that said, I just began listening to this podcast on the episode on Article 8. I hope you guys can get more organized going forward because there was a lot of Misinformation given here and then corrected and back and forth and to anyone who has no idea about article 8 or the contract as a whole, the way it’s presented is very confusing. I turned it off a while ago and then went back to listen again later on and immediately I heard “we don’t usually grieve if my carriers aren’t getting worked 14 or 15 hours in a day.” What? How is it not known that a carrier is NOT to work past 12 hours, even voluntary? I just wanted to give a little constructive criticism because I know it’s important to get all of us educated. The other part was that CCAs don’t have a limit. I may be wrong but I believe they are right there with the regulars at 12/60 excluding December of course. Ptfs are limitless for weekly hours/days worked but end at 11.5. Just please get your information straight before recording. If I didn’t know any of the jcam I may have grieved things that are said here that are not grievances. Good luck going forward fellas. I gave a 5 star because I want you to succeed! :)

    Great Podcast for Letter Carriers
I appreciate the long form discussion and real life role playing examples.
