This podcast literally blew my mind. You would not believe the serendipitous journey I have been on to get here. Your perspective on how our demographic (I’m using demographic in its broadest and most minute definition) shapes our viewpoint of the world, mostly how important it is to be aware of that...I suppose a more intellectual explanation of ‘another man’s shoes’. Honestly, it’s all too much to speak to without a keyboard....Carmen Maria Machado, you have a new fan. I’m so grateful to have heard this podcast. You truly changed my life. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

I love everything about this podcast. The content is healthy but the sound quality varies terribly. I use my cellphone and I understand this it isn't a boom box but going from episode to episode, reveals the weakness. Not asking for studio quality but for episodes that are recorded outside, please bump the output and/or use a compressor and level this out. Thank you.

I have trouble downloading older episodes. I would listen to all of these if I could because they're so smartly done.

I so much look forward to each edition of this podcast from what is one of my favorite journals in the world. I subscribe to many similar podcasts and enjoy them all. But, there is a real problem with the production values on this one, and it pains me to give such a low rating. The truth it, however, that it is simply impossible to understand almost 80% of the broadcast. Not sure exactly what is going on here, and I do hope the folks at Granta can get it together to make this podcast as high quality and the content merits.
