Many people do not meditate daily because they feel they do not have the time to, so in answer to this, I have created Meditation Break!     I listen to the episode called Sleep every night. If I don’t listen to it, I’ll be up for hours. I have introduced it to many of my friends as well and they all love it. I was skeptical at first but it’s made my sleep so much easier.

    Really helps
    So I have a lot of issues sleeping. I’ve tried doing yoga before bed. Melatonin and sleeping tea. But the first time I decided to do a Podcasts to go to sleep I did a random one. And then I discovered this podcast and it helped and it still helps and every time I can’t sleep I listen to it and it really helps wow how many times can I say helped

    On my previous night I could not sleep at all and since it was so late into the next morning I really had to get to sleep since I would have extraneous activities going in during the day I pulled this up and listened to it and I don’t know what it is if it’s the soothing voice or whatever but listening to her and getting as comfy as possible really helped me I was knocked out in the matter of minutes so thank you!! No more melatonin I found a much healthier way of life! And it’s always been a struggle for me to sleep so this amazes me so much.

    Love these meditations!
    I have had trouble sleeping for quite some time. I rarely hear the end of the sleep meditation because I have fallen asleep! It works like magic. Also, I have been dealing with a great deal of emotional stress. The heart healing meditation, is the first thing that I have found that has given me a significant relief. I recommend all of these meditations. I am looking forward to more!

    Just as the title says. Besides the artificial seagull sounds I liked all the audio. I hope more is made down the road
