I have found this podcast to be so valuable in finding real direction in my business. I read the other reviews and just want to say, of course they are promoting their coaching business so heavily, that is their income source. This free podcast to us is a gift so I don’t mind the plug at all for your coaching business. As for the info, yes Tim interrupts Julie too much and occasionally talks over the top of her, not in defense but he has good straight talk advice. Julie is fantastic and I so appreciate her input but I can tell that her sales tactics are more “creative” and Tim’s are more “direct”. They are both needed and valuable to hear, even when they seem to contradict each other. Thanks for the free info and your dedication to helping. And yes, your optimism through the tariff ups and downs is helpful!

This is definitely one of my favorite real estate podcasts. I’ve been an agent for five years full-time and I feel like I always have several nuggets to take away from it. It seems like they put a lot of thought and planning their podcast versus some of the other ones that get off topic. Definitely recommend!

Hello: The advice and unique ideas have guided me along a new path to real estate success. These ideas can only come from someone who has developed them from experience and trial and error. I have saved so much time by not having to make mistakes on my own.

By far the best real estate podcast ever! It’s like an instructional guide to selling real estate. I wish I had come across this 10 years ago when I first started in the industry. It would have saved me time and money. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been following Tim and Julie for a few years now, and had an inkling they were libertarian or conservative based on Tim’s occasional rants, but today’s newsletter exposed that these 2 are hypocritical MAGA, fascist and racist enablers. Going on about faith and traditional values in the name of Trump. How can a racist, rapist, who tried to overthrow our government, cheated on all 3 of his wives, including the current one with a porn star, has done untold harmful things to many in our country, and expressed overwhelmingly hateful rhetoric toward numerous groups, be faithful and traditional??? How do? Describe the values he embodies. He’s making America a white supremacist country again, and for many, that is Great. Thanks for exposing YOUR “VALUES”. I needed that.

I've been in real estate for almost 25 years and almost daily I get AT LEAST a nugget, a phrase, a reminder. I listen enough that oftentimes I open my mouth and I'm unconsciously spouting a "Harris-ism"... and it WORKS. To naysayers: There's a lot of eXp and plugs to join coaching, but it's their podcast and they've earned that right. There's too much VALUE in these podcasts to whine about it.

As a new agent, I am so thankful for the training Tim and Julie are so generously providing through this podcast!! I listen every day and I learn so much.

I found this podcast while I was searching for material to help me learn as a new agent. I enjoyed the podcasts so I figured I would sign up for their program since they pitched it in a way that made me feel as though it was worth my time and money. So I signed up for the 3 coaching calls and access to the program and was very disappointed after my first call with my coach. She tried to hard sell me on joining EXP and then told me to prepare my guides and get my website and social platforms going and that we would discuss them when I was done. I did everything she told me and when we meet the next time we barely went over what I had done and she told me I was ready to start knocking on doors of expired listings… I’m brand new to real estate and had only had my license for 1 month at that time so I didn’t feel as though I was ready. However, I’m not opposed to knocking on doors and such so I did what she suggested… but quickly ran into lots of issues. Regardless of the bad coaching calls I stuck it out assuming I just got a bad coach and thought the material would be great so I kept up with the program, but I found the material provided was dated. Multiple links to websites that were recommended to sign up for no longer offered the services the program said they did… and a lot of the material/scripts seem to be built for agents that either have been in the industry a while or who work with a team. None of which were helpful to me. I did all the work and got about 3 months in and realized this wasn’t for me. The material is extremely overwhelming and repetitive and was definitely presented to me in a way that made me think it would be helpful for new agents, needless to say I was very disappointed 3 months later having spent $700 and got nothing out of it. I think they need to make some updates to the material and be more specific when pitching it… they made it sound like new agents will flourish with this program but to be honest it just frustrated me and made me feel less than. I consider myself someone who can take direction and someone who is willing to do what it takes to become successful. I’m always willing to learn new things and have had a strong understanding of “you don’t know what you don’t know” which is why I choose to participate in this program immediately after getting my license. But I’m back at square one, feeling more overwhelmed and confused then when I started.

Too many personal ads. It is often hard to follow the content because it’s all about their coaching program and exp. They offer good insight, but it gets lost in the “us, us, us” of it.

I get it, advertise your own stuff, but does it really have to take up half of the podcast? Tim and Julie have some good information, which is why it was hard to make this review. Although, it was much easier when I listened to the latest episode. They seem to spend a large chunk of every episode advertising their coaching or their brokerage. At least make your shameless plugs into an ad segment that we know to skip or just do it every other episode. I just think it’s destroys the flow of the episode, makes them seem pushy, and is just ultimately annoying. Especially because it’s EVERY DAY. If that were gone, then it would probably be one of my top podcasts.
