Fantastic Show on Consciousness and Becoming
Jerry has really deep conversations with folks from many walks with life exploring fundamentally: how do we evolve, develop and become more conscious so that we can live in a better world? I’m moved by every episode and this show has helped me become a better man.

Came for Colonna, stayed for Crissinger
The long format interviews with Jerry are wonderful and impactful. I enjoy them slowly, savoring the stories and emotional communication. However, Andy’s more recent “extras” are power bites of nourishment to boost my daily practice. Thanks for both!

    An invitation to clarity
I’m struck by the way Colonna’s heart language leads guests out of their professional/resume speak into the deeper actualities of what is going on in their life circumstances. He has helped me do the same in almost every episode. My favorite podcast discovery of 2019.

My favorite episode of Reboot Podcast
Re: Reboot Extra #5 – Women’s Conversations: Making Space for Your Own Truth. This conversation was so refreshing and real. I enjoyed every minute of it. I would love to dive into more detail of women's experiences in the workplace and what are these "common experiences" that we often feel so alone in, or seem too "taboo" to discuss publicly. I loved hearing about the book recommendation for "The Little Girl Who Gave Zero F^cks". What a beautiful story?! And I've been thinking about not giving my f*ks away needlessly every day since. I want to hear more specific stories of how women rise together. And stories of how female leaders have turned around from an experience of resentment to an experinence fulfillment. What were the things that needed to shift to get there? And being a working parent and any examples from ANYONE that feels like they're managing that well. Please do tell. More! More! More! More smart and honest discussions like this, please.

    Women’s Conversations
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. While I listen to all the episodes, this one needs to be broadcast to the world and heard by every woman. I cried several times, feeling for the first time that, wow, someone understands me and I am not the only one that feels like this! I now don’t feel like I don’t belong, so alone, and in the corp world that maybe my observations are really not so sensitive and my ideas may not be so “weird”. I immediately went and bought the book (about the girl and her f$cks 😉) for my young adult daughter. Looking forward to the next episode!

    Great Content but Needs Editing
I want to listen to the podcasts, but am deterred by the amount of low value verbiage I need to listen to to hear the gems. This could really benefit from editing out the “Hi, how are you? Fine thanks” type exchanges.

Growing into and with your shadow
Wow. This podcast is INCREDIBLE! Every time I listen to Jerry and his guests I get this flood of perspective and insight into my own shadow, patterns, thoughts and the kind of self-inquiry I need to do to take the next step forward. As an entrepreneur who's felt the challenge of doing the right work for the wrong reasons, or the wrong work with the right intent - but with the wrong people - this show has given me permission to make a new choice and trust in it. Thank you team Reboot for bringing this work to the world!

    Tenacity - That’s It!
Just listened to Jerry and Jules Pieri and almost in tears of joy. I’m a 65-year-old founder from a different world than start-ups and it was as if they were talking to me. Actually, about me. Everything told with compassion and joy, filled with chunks of good counsel, yet more importantly, although I feel alone as I build my company and product, I realized deeply that I’m not singularly separate from this community. If I am fortunate to move my vision from a struggle to a real ongoing business, I will forever credit Jules and Jerry with one of the most important milestones in my long journey as a pivotal and profound assurance that being a maker is a worthy and worthwhile endeavor. This podcast will change and move you. Namaste.

My My My —-where do I begin
First heard of Reboot the book by Jerry on NPR here in Colorado a few days ago. I had to pull over to catch my breath and search for your book on Amazon. Stayed put on the side of the road to then search for a Podcast? Yes! Found it! OMG! My heart is swelling from the REAL-ness of your gift and message as you share the pain from hollowness and the need to feel whole and belong and feel safe and be still - stand still. This is what I need now. (The ‘carplay’ feature in my car sound system froze up and my audiobook stopped. I switched to Radio. NPR began and there you were!) (CarPlay resumed working perfectly the next day-i can’t replicate the disruption for the dealer. Go figure) Your truth-It’s what my clients need from me and as I hear of and share in their aches, my aches resurface and more is revealed and learned and healed. Maybe those of us who coach others, are simultaneously being coached ourselves. We journey ‘with’ our clients. And only when I surrender to the stillness am I truly able to be what they need me to be for them. And for myself. Today, I stop waiting for the ‘end’ of the pain of change and transition, and accept the aches as openness to GROW more fully and deeply and truly! Someday when we meet in person Jerry - and we will, I am certain, I will embrace you as a long lost soul brother. Your timing is magnificent and appreciated. I purchased several copies of your book for gifting to those who might be ready for what you share with your journey and wisdom and love. Thank you Thank you Thank you 10-STAR Review would be more appropriate. P.S. loving and learning with every podcast - so few podcasts touch me this deeply. Thank you!

    Love. This.

Grow and enable your team by learning about yourself
This is a great resource for current and aspiring leaders that know there’s a better way to lead vs what is commonly taught in business school.

    Profound
An exceptionally enlightening podcast produced by great humans. I am an avid consumer of professional/personal development content. This is one of my main sources of inspiration and transcends a lot of static and superficial material on the market. Thank you for the work that you do Reboot team!

Anyone who works with people should subscribe!
The review title is a reference to a quote from Parker Palmer that is often referenced in the podcast: “The unexamined life is not worth living (Socrates) and if you choose to live an unexamined life, please don’t work with people.” I love this podcast. I have been listening for about a year. I decided to start at the begining. I take something away from every episode. The theme of the podcast is using radical self inquiry to get to a a more authentic version of your self, and then leading from that place. The guests that Jerry has on the show are great, and he has a way of zeroing in on what is standing in their way and helping them to understand and see past that. Jerry is amazingly insightful and is treffic at getting people to open up and be authentic. I highly recommned this podcast for not only leaders of teams and companies, but anyone who wants to develop a better understanding of themselves and then using that knowledge to bring positive change to the world around them.

    Human
I happened upon The Reboot Podcast because I'm a fan of Parker Palmer and he was a guest on the show. I listened to the most recent (August 2nd) edition as was absolutely blown away listening in on an intense coaching session between Jerry and his guest Khe Hy. I can't even begin to summarize, suffice it to say, mind blown. I immediately subscribed and signed up for email updates on their website. Their vision is so aligned with my own thinking--I found my tribe! "We believe that in work is the possibility of the full realization of human potential. Work does not have to destroy us. Work can be the way we achieve our fullest self."

    Thank You
This series illuminates a great, framework for how to bring consciousness into the workplace. With practicle stories, Reboot gives me hope and courage to enlighten, what we spend most of our lives doing, work.

The good and the bad. (It's not coaching).
I really want to love this podcast - it features well-intentioned, smart, good people. Sometimes I love where Jerry takes the conversation and then there are times when I have to stop listening: some of these sessions are so therapy-like and yet violate some of the basic rules of honoring a client. So you have to have a keen ear for projection, transference and counter-transference. These most certainly are not coaching sessions. Listener beware.

    Surprised at the depth
The depth and the honesty of these sessions is remarkable. This podcast will be useful to people at all stages of their professional and personal lives.

Jerry is 5 Stars - A can’t miss show for leaders
Jerry and his team showcase a side to business leadership that is rarely discussed or seen. Failure, loss and hardships are the common thread of successful leaders but so instances are actually made public. Jerry helps to normalize the not so glamorous parts of starting, navigating and sometimes failing in business and life. Excellent show and worth the listen.

A gem for anyone wanting to learn, grow, develop
Jerry's warmth and wisdom come across so clearly in this podcast - it's one of only a few where I eagerly await each new episode AND am going back to listen to all past episodes. If you're a coach (as I am), you'll learn a lot about coaching. If you're an entrepreneur, a CEO, an executive, you'll learn a lot about overcoming the challenges that inevitably arise in business - especially the personal, vulnerable challenges that very few people talk about. And if you're a human being, you'll learn about being more of yourself - more true to yourself - as you listen.

    An Entrepreneurial Life Well Lived
Jerry is a midwife of the spirit for founders. His conversations are hard hitting, real, and illuminating. They point the way toward an entrepreneurial life well lived. I learned a lot about myself and about the struggles of other founders from listening to this show. Two thumbs up for the work that Jerry and the Reboot team are doing to equip leaders for more fruitful work.

    Insightful & Inspiring
I am not an entrepreneur or CEO; however, I find many helpful discoveries about myself in every listen. Knowledge isn't just the data in your head, it is also the emotions that swirl in your heart to drive that data forward. Thank you for sharing the message of empahty we need to show ourselves and how to use that empathy to move forward in the world. Life changing.

    Fabulous
Jerry truly has the gift of clarity and insight. Wow! He gets at the heart of things. I've found this very helpful to listen to as I try to start my own business on the side while trying to prevent the burnout/guilt/depression cycle that has gotten hold of me a few times before. Beautiful, compassionate work.

I love this podcast and listening to Jerry's insights and care for people and life.
I recently discovered this podcast and was touched by the Jerry's realness and how he brings a sense of empathy and connection to his podcast discussions. I love the episode with Sharon Salzberg and the gentle apporach to being a leader and successful without tearing yourself down.

    Authentic moments honored
Working my way through the podcast archives, and experiencing my own emotional journey with each and every episode. After the death of my oldest son, I found that my demand for authenticity sky rocketed, and this podcast lives true to its mission. Listening to these people open up and explore themselves, is now a staple reminder and impetus, to do the same myself.

Few experiences in my life have been so profoundly nourishing as this podcast. I’ve listened to 46 so far and expand with each one. While most of my working hours are spent in solitude and not connected with the world of startups and venture capitalists, the insight and advice Jerry offers is a gift to any seeker trying to find their way in the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    What would happen if
I have often fantasized about what would happen in a world where the key events of the movie/novel A Christmas Carol could actually happened to a few intrapreneurs a year in real life. The transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge is very appealing and something that I wish could happen within the most financially powerful people in our country and world. Listening to Jerry and how he guides his guests on the show reminds me of what people look like after they come through such a transformation. In his own way, it appears as though Jerry has been through this, and now he's guiding his guests and clients towards being more self-aware, conscious, and compassionate both within themselves and their businesses. The guests themselves, are than equally inspiring because of their ability to be vulnerable and brave at the same time. They allow themselves to think things through, while on the air, in a way where they are open minded in the extreme. It's clear that they do this only because they trust Jerry. And perhaps this is what the podcast culminates to: what does a person need to do to be trustworthy at this level... and what does the other person need to do to be open and receptive to challenge, change, and self-improvement. My personal congratulations to everyone involved in the podcast. Now, alongside Start Talk Radio, Planet Money, and GastroPod- this is my favorite podcast!

    Not just for CEO's
Don't be fooled. This podcast gem is not just for CEOs or business leaders. It is for anyone seeking to live authentically - to be congruent inside and out. Or, think of it this way: we are each the CEO of our own life. Excellent format; exquisite modeling of the power of loving kindness, by everyone. Thank you, my friends.

    On belonging and community
Episodes 43 and 50 were especially meaningful as I am obsessed with all things belonging and community. Cheers to not worrying so much about finding a tribe that identifies with you, but instead showing yourself in an authentic way to BE the tribe that the "others" can find themselves inside of.

    Truth
Every episode uses one conversation to explore a human truth. Jerry Colonna is a master of respecting the journey of growth and letting each interviewer blossom into their own new understanding of themselves. Rich. Powerful.

    Business and personal growth intertwined
I came across this series of podcast through the Startup podcast from Gimlet Media. I was impressed with how Jerry rather quickly helped Alex connect the struggles within his startup with his internal emotional struggles regarding who he is as a person. I've been listening to all reboot podcasts since and I learn something about myself or someone I work with through the stories told on the interviews. Jerry gives a very straight foward practical application to the principle that to change the world we need to change ourselves. The interconectivity of our lives becomes transparent.

    My favorite podcast
This is my favorite podcast (and I cycle through 50+ different shows). There are no other shows like this on iTunes. Jerry and the Reboot team will expose you to ideas and concepts that cut right to the core of how to be a better leader, partner, founder, and human being. Highly recommend this show.

    Owner/Founder of Indian Paradox
I am an electrical engineer turned sommelier and recently a cook who owns and operates a wine bar in SF called Indian Paradox. I have been following Jerry's blog themonsterinyourhead which led me to some amazing soul searching exercises, introduced me to Sharon Salzberg and her teachings, to mindfulness, loving kindness and now Reboot. I am lonely, constantly second guessing myself and full of self doubts as a first time entrepreneur. The only time I have to myself is about 40 mins while driving to the bar and that's when I started listening to Reboot podcasts. And what a difference that has made to my thought process and morale?! Its an amazing feeling to just know - I AM NOT ALONE. To hear so many founders and entrepreneurs be so vulnerable is such a gift and learning experience for me. And for all this I am so very grateful to Jerry and his team for bringing this amazing work to the lives of people like me. Thanks so much to Reboot team and the amazing enterpreneurs for this kind of service! Warmly, Kavitha

    Amazing. Authentic. Every episode.
Jerry is an incredibly special person, and the Reboot podcasts have had a major impact on me. Authentic leadership is the vision and the visionary--Jerry--embodies it fully. Having had the honor of interacting with Jerry over Skype, I can attest to the fact that these sessions are unscripted and lightly edited, if at all. Incredibly, Jerry is processing in real time, continually guiding the conversation in productive directions. So, even when the person on the other end is faced with taling through a very raw, emotional issue, Jerry's warmth and caring shines through. I recommend this podcast to anyone interested in being an authentic leader in life.

    Simply the best!
Being an entrepreneur is lonely and you have to constantly deal with your mind. This podcast is simply the best I have found for empowering the mind of an entrepreneur to move mental mountains. Jerry get's it! He is no fluff and no "woo woo". If you want to re-ignite your mind and set it on fire then listen to this podcast. I do!
