It’s been almost 4 years since the series finale and I still find myself re-listening to this. It’s been my go to right before bed podcast. 1. Boring but just interesting enough. 2. Little to no ads (which in the end is what killed the momentum of the podcast unfortunately). I highly doubt Al and Paul visit each other or meet for beers often. I just hope their email chains updating each other on their lives is as boring and hilarious as this podcast. #6seasonsandamovie

One of my favorite podcasts. I love the dry humor and sarcasm. My wife even finds Al and Paul to be funny. I wish they did some more!

This has to be a joke right? Nobody can be this unenthusiastic or as boring as this guy. It’s gotta be a put on. I listened for 84 seconds and threw up in my mouth twice!

This is one of the funniest podcasts you’ll ever listen to. It’s like you’re hanging out with some buddies chatting about randomness. It’s a staple in my podcast library. Update - We miss the podcast guys. Come back!

I was looking for something boring to listen to that might put me to sleep, but found myself so interested in the subject matter that I ended up riveted by the entire show. Had it been really boring, I would have probably given you a 5 star rating.

I have looked like a crazy person many times since finding this podcast. Be careful where you listen - This is a super funny podcast. I recently found this podcast and have been listening to it while working out. My workouts are suffering because I am mostly bent over in laughter. Keep up the good work.

Genius comes in many forms. Edison worked tirelessly (99% perspiration 1% inspiration) making thousands of errors before finding the correct filament for his light bulb. Some geniuses are blessed with an innate knowledge or special skill that sets them apart from mere mortals. Einstein comes to mind. This podcast exists and flouts all convention and societal norms. It is literally a podcast about nothing. The genius lies in the utter lack of genius, perspiration, skill and any semblance or hint of preparation. Simply download, sit back, enjoy and laugh. That is all anyone really needs in a podcast. Well done.

“Hello!” When I finally took the Al’s Boring Podcast plunge, I never looked back. “Paul,” if that’s his real name, is brilliant. I don’t know if these observations are off the top of his head or carefully crafted during the weeks leading up to a show, but nevertheless, brilliant. Al is the greatest host in the history of podcasts that I’ve listened to, which are basically all wrestling podcasts, but still. He is, as you will hear from time to time on the show, “hilarious.” “That’s right.” If you enjoyed Seinfeld, then this is by far the podcast to start listening to. My favorite Podcast! I download and listen every week. Love Al (although i think he reported me to IG on a comment i left on his page lol). Paul is cool but a bit weird with the whole sock situtation. Keep up the great work guys and keep it boring.

Nothing showcases the fragility of the male ego more than this podcast. With amazing candor, Al and Paul explore their fears and wants, their shortcomings and their inadequacies. They hold nothing back. This is a fascinating look at the mind of men.

Al and Paul are so real, honest and funny, I can’t wait for the next episode each week. I only started listening a few months ago, so at least I have plenty of old episodes to catch up on. Not looking forward to when I have heard the all! Will probably listen to them again. I laugh out loud every episode. My coworkers must think I am nuts! Thanks for the laughs guys,

They are just about out of podcast topics so keep hitting up Al and Paul on Twitter to feed them some new topics, like: Jersey Shore, Bar A, Stone Pony, etc. The podcast will jump the shark when Paul finally shows his face on camera or social media.

Al and Paul do a great job of keeping there topic conversation going and including in some banter I listen to it every week and find it awesome keep up the great work!

I’ve Been a listener of Al’s boring podcast since the days of his exclusive “celebrity” one on ones. Although I would say back then the show had the feeling like, a more uncomfortable Letterman. That felt like years ago and Al’s podcast with Paul is something that I genuinely look forward to coming out each week and will replay each episode multiple times. Keep up the awesome work guys, boring never felt so satisfying! 💦

I love listening to Al & Paul navigate through the minutiae of everyday life, it’s so comforting to know that many other people share the same fears, insecurities, and disdains. The format is relatable, and the two feel like friends you’ve known all your life. Here’s to many more boring years with these two. C-yuh!!!!!

I finally feel like there are others that have same insane phobias and ideas about things. The repeat of the bathroom etiquette Podcast was a revelation that I am not the only one that feels that way. Keep it going Al and Paul.

Al and Paul reach an audience purposely ignored / forgotten by the media. This is so genuine and authentic. It’s completely devoid of the social / political poison that spills into almost every other program. It’s also a subtlety purposeful reminder that the ordinary of everyday life is quite beautiful...and in the case of Al and Paul that minutia is quite extraordinary and quite humorously genius.

Hello. I love this podcast. I downloaded the past 40 episodes to get me thru the work week but found it didn’t quite last. I found myself listening on the way to work, on lunch, on the way home from work, and while playing Madden. Al and his man friend, Paul, give an unfiltered look of the world thru the eyes of every boring 25-50 year old (hitting those key demos). Great job and keep up the boring work. Excited for more to come and most importantly stay woke.

Al and Paul have created a show based on nostalgic banter that’s one part Seinfeld, one part Beavis and Butthead, and another part complete insecure modern guy. Their casual discussions on the mundane (chores, funerals, body grooming) to inane (pit bulls with balls, strip club etiquette, and douche bags) is often lighthearted and a good listen while I am counting change, steaming some vegetables, or internet shopping for graphic tees.

Great look into the mind of the former NFL MVP QB Al Dukes. Paul is ehhh, but Al is ok. Just OK though, don’t get excited.
