    Meditation Minis has gotten me so many rough times. Whether I’m anxious or just want to center myself there’s an episode for every mood. I love how short the episodes are. The music and Chel’s soft voice are always super comforting to me. Definitely a must listen podcast.

    I’m not great at long meditations but Chel is short and sweet. Her calming voice helps me to come back to center even when my mind wanders. The length makes it feel doable to my active brain.

    Too much talking during the meditation part, I was hoping for an explanation at the beginning and then let you listen to the sound and meditate, but she talked through almost the whole thing. Was hard to relax.

I feel her 10-12 minute sessions are more effective than longer(20-30 minute) meditations. I really appreciate what her meditations have done for me. It is now a positive weekly habit.     I started following this podcast to help a very anxious daughter have some tools to help ease her anxiety and ended up loving it for myself. There have been a lot of go to episodes that have helped me reset my day or alleviate overwhelming feelings. It also is a great length for kids at the end of the day to help calm them before bed.     Exactly as advertised
    A friend recommended this podcast to me, and I love it. I sometimes do daily meditations and then stop for awhile and come back, but I love that these are low commitment and you can search for one based on how you’re feeling to help you feel better. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 45 minute box fan episode for sleeping. I’ve used it several times with success on sleepless nights and my 9 year old daughter has also used it successfully many times. It’s worth subscribing to this podcast for that episode alone.
