I first discovered this podcast in 2017, shortly after my move to Atlanta from Michigan. I had just taken a job at a popular event company and the commute was an hour from my home. Once I listened to one episode, I was hooked!! It became a part of my morning routine! Six years later, it still is. I love this podcast! As a photographer I love hearing from all the different perspectives. I also love the short version of the podcasts, I end up listening to both versions usually but I like the short versions as a trailer. Love the selection of people interviewed and the variety.

I started listening to this podcast because I was curious about the people who were local to me in my Industry but that I had never had an opportunity to meet, or wanted more. Listening and learning then gave me some information I could use to make meaningful connections with them in real life. I also listened to the podcast with photographer Phil VanNostrad and realized he was as passionate about networking as I was, within 36 hours we were sitting down to dinner. This is an amazing podcast for anyone in the event industry. It is insightful on the business level and very personal too. Thank you Andy for your hard work and for connecting the world with incredible professionals allowing them to share their stories and inspiring others.

I stumbled upon this podcast when I searched "wedding" and I am so glad that I did. I've now binged about 10 episodes and enjoyed each one for one reason alone - the conversations are authentic but stick to the point. The interviews actually allows the guest to give the information we didn't even know we wanted to know. In other words, I feel like I walked away with knowledge and or affirmation. Some podcasts are undeniably great about discussion, but I love that this one really allows the guest to lead and be the expert on the topic at hand.

I love this podcast. Ive been in the events industry for 11 years and love hearing from those who’ve come before about what makes a successful business. Any asks great questions and the guests are always very forthcoming and REAL! so refreshing in a world where “Pinterest perfect” can overshadow the reality of running a business in this industry.

This show is fantastic! They always have guests that are deeply admired and respected. Andy ask great questions and goes so much deeper than typical interviews. So many business interviews give us the highlights of an amazing career but none of the humanity that makes is real. I love business stories of course, but i love human stories more. The courage to keep going, to start in the first place and everything in between. You window into the minds of these amazing artists, all of them, is fantastic. Terrific work.
