    Episode 210 was Awesome
Episode 210 with Andy Murray’s strength coach was a great episode. That is part of an overall wonderful podcast. I would love to hear an episode about how CrossFit aligns with Tennis for the 3.5–4.0 level club player. Just a suggestion from an avid.

    Good Host, with Great Guests
I discovered the podcast only after buying some Tennis Match Journals from Fabio. I was looking for something for my daughter who plays tennis and gets really emotional on court. I thought perhaps writing things down might help her. And thanks to the internet found Fabio’s journals. But then I stated getting weekly emails about the podcasts. Now I listen every week. You have to kind of be a tennis geek to get into some of them, but it’s usually good stuff! Keep up the good work!

    a great tennis podcast
Fabio does a great job doing the deep dive with all his guests. As an older player who started competing later in life, I’ve been playing a lot of catch up in terms of learning the nuances of tennis and increasing my tennis IQ, especially when I’m playing juniors who already have a lot more coaching than I have had. Fabio serves as a sort of surrogate coach for me! Love his energy and his passion for tennis is palpable.

A great discovery for any tennis fan
Fabio is a really good interviewer. I like how he asks more technical tennis player questions than most media people (e.g. what strings Robin Soderling uses), you can tell he loves to play and has played at a decent level. Furthermore, the quality of the guests is surprisingly high, considering this podcast is self-started. He chooses well, recruiting niche, interesting ones like Matt Little or Middelkoop. Overall very good!!

    Fantastic for TRUE tennis fans
If you are looking to truly understand the inner workings of tennis on all levels this is the podcast for you. Fabio is an outstanding host who asks the correct questions and his love of the game shines through. As a D1 head coach and someone whose life is dedicated to this sport I can’t recommend Functional Tennis highly enough!

    Good dude, smart cat
Episode 37 is absolute magic, incredible behind the scenes chatter with Craig Shapiro, the host of the UNDER REVIEW TENNIS PODCAST, the guy was absolutely fascinating, discussed his show, as well as his background in tennis. Talked Agassi, Courier, Sampras, Fed, Rafa. Fabio is a tremendous host that did his homework and asked great questions. If you think you are a tennis person it’s a must listen. Best regards, Craig Shapiro
