Great solid zen podcast by a real veteran in the practice
I’ve listened to Brad’s talks for years in person, online & in written form. This is a great addition to his already great books. If you want real commentary with a true practitioners perspective that is as educational as it is profound this is the spot for you. No frills, no overproduced ‘spiritual’ undertones that give an air of inauthentic experience. This guy is as real and raw as it gets and everyone interested in zen can learn a thing or two from him!

    💪🕶👍
Although I’ve never physically sat in with the Angel City Zen Center group I feel as though this sangha functions at my kind of speed, so to speak. Thanks for all you do Brad, & this podcast is just as equally enjoyable! 07/29/21 Edit: Thanks for updating these on the podcast platform 💯 09/18/21 Edit2: haven’t listened to pt2 yet but Hyakujo Germany talk pt1 was most excellent

    Great Zen Podcast
I've been a listener of Brad for a long time on his YouTube channel. I don't really have much experience with Zen outside of reading Zen Mind, Begginer's Mind (only after listening to the first episode of this podcast) and a couple of Brad's books, but I really like listening to Brad talk about Zen. Anyway, listen to this if you're human, it's pretty good.

    So far, so good
I like the combination of a reading from the book and then Q&A. I usually don’t like questions from the audience, but in the episodes so far they’ve been interesting and relevant. Thanks Brad.
