KatieR0606Top 3 podcastThis is for sure one of my all time favorite podcasts to listen to, I find it relatively unbiased and very informative. There are always top experts in the field on the show to explain further on the topics.

CreativetinaInterview with your FatherWhat a thoughtful. and thought-provoking conversation. I was introduced to concepts and disciplines which were simplified for my greater understanding.

Ed RunnerGreat guestsHuberman has some great guests and content for the fitness enthusiast/ self optimizer (me). He can be quite annoying because he is verbose, loquacious, and talks over his guests. But, I keep coming back for more!

someburnernameOk podcast, questionable ethicsI tuned into some episodes based on the compelling people he interviewed. But reading about how he treats the people in his life (Google it ) made me realize that much of the self-improvement appeal of his podcast is hollow. You can’t cold-plunge away your tendency to treat other people as expendable resources. Not to mention, he should do better to stick to his lane (neuroscience) — seems the quest for fame and money loosened his restraint on that front.

Z71polarbearNopeTried it, lot commercials, And sponsored by AG1. Look up the owner and controversy with that company. Can’t teach better healthier life and be sponsored by the opposite. Plus more I dug on this guy, wow!

PatpirelaADHD no moreI’m 47. Tested and diagnosed ADHD. Rooted in early childhood neglect. Affected my life in a very negative way. And listening to the ADHD podcast changed my life. I became a daily meditator. Been meditating for over 3 years now combined with diet, supplements, and yoga. I no longer need sleeping pills or mood stabilizers or adhd meds. I no longer have chronic depression, outbursts of rage, and have very reduced impulsive traits. Meditation became my refuge and drug. It’s an amusement park where I get to do so many amazing things. Achieving deep relaxation is the most amazing thing as you are able to feel your energy, move it, magnify it. I get to channel divine wisdom, get answers to my questions, astral travel, and much more. I wish schools taught children to meditate. We would all be much better human beings mentally, physically, and spiritually.

BASSSanityFinally getting some sleep. Thank you!I’m 48 years old and starting my menopause. Was waking up in the middle of the night and was not able to go back to sleep for 2-3 hours. I was exhausted. Got the Apigenin and take it before I go to sleep. I do not wake up anymore in the middle of the night, and it has also brought swelling down in my body. Thank you sooooo much!!! So grateful for you!

Preacher East TNHappiness & Freedom podcast #205100% agree with podcast #205 on Happiness & Freedom, as I set up cash flow to retire at age 50, after 27 years in military & 4 years as a Consultant in DC area. We moved to East Tennessee for the Mountain/Lake lifestyle (nature). My time “raising & parenting” while setting up three cash flows allows me to have the “moments” with my youngest 15 yr old son & watch my 18, 21 & 23 year old children transition to adulthood slowly & give quality advice. I learned of your podcasts in July 2024 & listened to about 10 podcasts so far. 100% agree with the “resistance weight” training podcast as I joined a small gym & doing 185lbs bench 🏋️ (3 sets x 8 reps) now & I always worked out just needed “knowledge” on the benefits of resistance training & my blood labs improved (total cholesterol dropped 17 points) by Sept 2024. I listen to the podcast doing my am yoga & stretches & doing 30 aerobic on elliptical. Keep up the knowledge sharing 😊

叫我成老板就行了This Podcast Changed My LifeI got referred by a friend, the first episode I listened was about dopamine, since then I believe I listened to almost every episode. Thank you, professor Dr. Andrew Huberman for making neuroscience accessible to all of us! ❤️

Sal NuffarioThat Martha Beck episode!!I liked this podcast a 4-stars amount, until I heard the episode with Martha Beck. Andrew’s humility and enthusiastic reverence for her brilliant ways touched me deeply.

mchadfield33CAUTION, this podcast will change your life (for the BETTER)I had several friends refer me to this podcast before I finally gave it a try, I’m a high productivity kind of person always hungry for ways to improve my health (I also loved the results I’d had with ice baths so everyone kept saying “you need to listen to Huberman“)… Recently gave it a try on a road trip and followed him on Instagram — the post about Larry Lewis on Oct. 24th, 2024 changed my life forever — because of Huberman’s comment on how alcohol effects our mitochondria and overall energy levels, I dove into deeper research and found his interview with Casey Means, as well as Dr. Mercola’s podcast on Oct. 1st with Brooke Scheller… WAKE UP CALL… I no longer have any desire to drink even 1 casual cup of alcohol knowing that it kills my energy levels for 1-2 days after. I’ve always felt the energy loss but figured “A couple shots of tequila at dinner doesn’t hurt me”… yup, it does. I always felt the brain and body lag the next day. So I kicked the habit a month ago and my energy levels have never felt better. So glad I listened! Now I’m loving all the other gems I’m gathering every day, thank you for what you do Andrew Huberman, keep it up, you are changing lives!

Structured finance attyExcellent in a WordI’m naturally a curious guy; and so finding Dr Huberman and his show was a monumental event. I also use Audible quite a bit. I’ll listen to Andrew and his guests and then purchase their books or others in the field. Learning and curiosity is what a life well lived is all about. Thank you Dr. Huberman.

clairethree11Ari Wallach’s EpisodeReally enjoyed this episode. I do wish there was more speaking from Ari - I would have liked to hear more about his story, how he got into the work he did, and more of his take on the topics. I felt the host talked a lot and asked many multi part questions, in which Ari only had time to answer one before the subject seemed to switch. I took notes and there’s questions / information I wish were answered and shared. My first time listening to the show and I look forward to checking out another episode.

Andres CordonMust Listen!!This podcast has changed my life. It brings me a lot of joy. Everyone I have recommended it to has absolutely loved the knowledge. Thanks Dr. Huberman!

CnalohaUseful NeuroscienceThanks for enabling the understanding of the nervous system to be fascinating and useful!
-
MickDaMcEnlighteningI’ve gained a lot of knowledge and understanding of my own health and behaviors, and the health and behaviors of others, by listening to this show. Thank you Professor Huberman, for your work and dedication to your craft. “Good trees produce good fruit.”
-
cspadySimply the bestEnough said - Huberman Lab is the absolute best.
-
Mittens onBest health podcastI really enjoy and appreciate this podcast. Huberman takes a balanced approach while going nitty gritty on fascinating topics and I find the advice really helpful. (Yes, there are ads but that’s how free things on the internet work - it’s been like that for a while.) I particularly loved the sleep series and the episodes focusing on women’s health. Huberman is a great interviewer too. Thanks for the great podcast!
-
SLbostonTrauma caused by Andrew HubermanI keep wondering how many women Huberman has quite knowingly traumatized, he seems proud of juggling several relationships, dishonestly. He seems proud of his trauma tattoos too! You’re a monster, Huberman.
-
Bismark99BrilliantI look forward to my bi- weekly 2-hour commutes thanks to Huberman. Great guests across a breadth of topics. looking forward to your invite to Ian McGilchrist as a guest.
-
Cath peaceEssentialsThank you for adding the essential series. I have a great appreciation for your work, but I do not have 2-3 hours to listen to an episode. I’m looking forward to coming back to the show as is my colleague who sent notice of your new offering!
-
EmilyJL4321Exceptional podcastMy new favorite podcast to listen to at work or while on long road trips. I wish I found this exceptional informative podcast. Bonus Dr Hubermqn has a great speaking voice!
-
Phillywinner78Life ChangingI only wish I found this sooner. After every episode I feel like it was was the best one yet. I first heard about it on Lance Armstrong’s podcast WEDU. Lance and George and the crew went on and on about the ‘alcohol’ episode. It was the first one I listened to. Life changing. This is not hyperbole. It has changed my life. Not to mention the ‘difficult personalities’ and ‘emotional intelligence’ episodes, among many others. Thanks Andrew and to all your guests; thank you!
-
JenEliseC.Very InformativeThank you for all of the very useful information you provide! I really enjoy this podcast and love to learn more about how I can do my part to be well and healthy, not just for my own sake, but for the future of my family.

Don’t waste my time 2Great Educational PodcastThank you for your informative and comprehensive topics, I am always learning and know I can trust Dr. Huberman, as it is clear he is an expert in his field and does his homework prior to his interviews. Truly enjoy the podcast!
-
Zahra93hspHuberman talk less!!!!!Huberman please let your guest talk!! If you want to talk all the time, why would you invite them?!!!!! Just read their books and papers and then come and talk about them!!! You don’t shut up unless your guest jump in there!! And if your guest is polite, like this one, you wouldn’t stop talking!!!! Yes, we all know you are a very knowledgeable person! Gosh!!!!!🙄
-
JodieGGShillSounds authoritative but speaks on topics he knows little about and uses platform to sell products. Platforms guests who are also involved in similar grifts. Glad to be rid of this.
-
Tom Tom ‘78Very InformativeLove this podcast. It’s very informative and helps to work on healthier mental habits.
-
road dentReally?“People who are pregnant’? C’mon man. And you’re supposed to be a scientist? They’re women okay? Always. No alternatives. Geez. Reality based science please.
-
madelinewestThe best health podcastThis podcast is rare because it provides scientific, objective-data that appeals to people with backgrounds in science and medicine, while simultaneously being very useful to laymen. Whether you are serious about improving your health, bettering yourself, or just wanting to learn something new this podcast is top notch.

Sharkey111Questions take too longI like this show , I like him, but when he poses a question to a guest, he keeps talking on & on after the question. Its starting to bug me

Loren Jones :)Continuously blown awayI don’t know how you find the time to sleep. I binge the information you share yet there’s more and more to digest. It’s hard to comprehend how you make everything so understandable even though it’s so incredibly thorough. I’m a 50-year-old mom and wife living in South Florida following many of your protocols and I can’t wait for your book. I’ve implemented countless protocols in my home, providing health and happiness within my children and taking great care of myself so I can be the best at all my roles. Eternally grateful for the plethora of information. Incredibly touched by how generous you are in helping all of us out here be the best we can be. You are truly amazing. Don’t ever stop. Thank you.
-
DSM dependentBreaking down informationSometimes I look at the podcast once and I think I’m not sure I can listen to something this long and then all of a sudden it’s the end and it went so quick. The way you break down all the items and topic within one show it’s just perfect relatable and understandable for anyone.

RaFa my dogs nameDelusionHow can you be a neuroscientist and believe in god? Your own brain is giving you misinformation.

WillhmsWarning label for peptide podcastAs a doctor, I think someone needs to throw up a red flag on the peptide podcast — it was repeatedly stated that there are “no side effects” to these peptides. It was also repeatedly normalized to take peptides that have no human trials and some of which are literally banned. When it came up that one causes anaphylaxis, you guys made a JOKE about it and moved on very quickly. That’s absolutely incredible. There was no balance to this discussion whatsoever, and yet it was repeatedly stated that listeners should trust this doctor who is obviously Andrew’s friend. This podcast has taken a very dangerous turn from focusing on evidence based habit change.
-
FenimaRPYou make science accessibleI love how Andrew breaks down complicated concepts into a simple language the general public can understand. He makes the interviews with experts interesting and educational because he leads with curiosity. He asks great questions and sometimes pauses to simplify the concepts to the audience. He’s a great interviewer, but I also enjoy listening when he’s being interviewed. He has a wealth of knowledge in science. I learned a lot and he makes me wanting to learn more because of his interview and teaching style. He makes neuroscience and other areas of science accessible.
-
adelaferrellI’m not crying. You’re crying.Ep. 188: Dr. Martha Beck. Pure love. So thankful to Dr. Huberman’s and Dr. Beck’s insight, and most of all their compassion, humility, and vulnerability. This is how we learn to do life better. Crying right along with you.
