    Informative & so very helpful
I love how your podcast are short and straight to the point. You always bring on other professionals and I love that. You can also feel that you are doing this because you want to help people and it’s your calling. I started listening to you six months before I had my surgery and I am now postop seven weeks and still learning so much from you and all the others that you bring on your podcast. Thank you and continue to do what you do. We appreciate you!

A must listen for bariatric patients
I started listening to Connie’s podcast soon before my VSG. I had surgery in Mexico and had no pre or post care and this podcast helped me so much to form a good mindset with realistic expectations and goals. I have lost a total of 157 pounds and went from a BMI of 53 to 24 and am happily maintaining 17 months later. Thank you for all you do!
