Through interviewing designers, photographers, manufacturers, and others in our field, Rick culls invaluable information from each guest’s story. From best practices to inspiration to the secret to their survival, I take away a nugget of wisdom each time I listen. And I think the best part is the sense of community he creates.

I found Rick’s podcast a little over a year ago and it quickly became one of my must listen to podcasts! Rick’s passion for the interior design community, and his belief of community over competition, comes through in every episode. I started working with Rick as a coaching client and it has been one of the best investments to help me up level and refine my processes and presentation. I highly recommend Rick’s podcast as well as his coaching services. You owe it to yourself, your clients and your business!

Rick has been one of the most encouraging supporters of designers and I love hearing from his guest designers about their perspectives. I write down at least one new thing to incorporate into my practices each episode. I wouldn’t want to be in this industry alone and DBSG and Rick make sure that never happens. Thank you!

I am an interior designer who recently decided it was time to take the leap and leave the comfort of the firm I’ve been with for nearly a decade. I’ve always believed that our design community was filled with people who want to support one another. On a recent photo shoot I had the absolute pleasure of working with Karyn Millet who was assigned to shot my project. She shared this podcast with me and I have to tell you, as a new business owner it’s been a game changer! Rick we haven’t met (yet) but I’m very appreciative that you’ve put yourself out there and are bringing our community together! Great job...keep it up!

I love this podcast! So relevant for designers in California, since many interviewed are from this area (but still relevant to designers everywhere). I love the simple format of the show that repeats the same questions to designers in different niches or with different specialties. The host is beyond amazing at communicating and asking the right questions at the right times – it’s like he’s inside my head and knows what I’m dying to hear next. This podcast includes valuable insight from designers about a wide variety of topics and it will leave you feeling inspired and ready to tackle your next goal – where ever you are at in your design career. I love Rick Campos’ voice – he is so professional and a master at setting his guest at ease so they can “spill the beans” on the things we want to know and wish we could ask ourselves. I have learned about so many talented designer’s, I now follow on IG. Perhaps more importantly, Rick Campos has an awesome philosophy and is elevating the design community one interview at a time! Killer job!
