The highlights of individual stories of overcoming physical challenges or disabilities through perseverance is inspiring! My mindset continues to progress from someone who didn’t think running was in my cards to registering for multiple 5K Races per year.     Recently listened to an episode and it truly was inspiring (pun intended). Sometimes you just need a reminder to do what you love. If you love music and dancing Zumba just might be your option. We have to prioritize our health. Amina Blake really did a good job reminding me of that and explaining bite size chunks of goals. Richard job well done.

    Listening to this podcast gives me the motivation needed to keep running and continuing my fitness goals. I’m not a seasoned runner whatsoever but I started listening to this podcast and it really helps with keeping me motivated. IVR has lots of great guests who offer their own stories, tips, and pointers with all things running and fitness. It’s nice, short, and to the point making it easier to stay engaged. A great listen while you’re at work, at the gym, or on the go! Can’t wait to listen to the upcoming episodes!!
