shaymurrFix a few thingsI like that’s she’s doing this sleep series but it’s very hard to find the numbered episodes when she doesn’t number them anywhere to find? So how would I find episode 3 when we are on episode 143? Help please. Also, if you really want help- try Martin Reed, the Insomnia Coach. Martha just gave me anxiety and had me convinced I needed to do a bunch of expensive tests but Martin assures you that you can get sleep again and helps retrain the brain.

MishzesVery informative but maybe try new music at the endAs an insomniac, I enjoy listening when I can’t sleep. Very informative and gives me confidence and a sense of peace that I can overcome insomnia. I load many episodes in my queue in hopes that I’ll eventually fall asleep, which I do. However, I am awaken every time by the music at the end of each episode which doesn’t fit the tone at all. Everything else has been great and I enjoy listening otherwise!

KrisDCremNot helpfulI’m convinced that the vast majority of insomnia cases are fueled by fear and anxiety… not mold. Listening to this podcast during my struggle only made my insomnia and anxiety worse, because I thought that my issues with sleep were a sign of something worse going on in my body. There are better resources out there for those suffering than this! I’m fully recovered now and have helped many people also find recovery - for those struggling, there is hope!

CanadachicaSo excited for this podcastI find myself nodding along to the entire episode because I feel so seen and understood. I’ve looked up how to cure my insomnia so many times but all the advice is generic at this point. I know my issues are deeper but I was overwhelmed on where to start- this is the place! Can’t wait to learn more and benefit from this podcast. Amazing start to the pod!
